Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, convenient shuttle service, and breakfast options. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, carpets, and bathrooms. The location is considered convenient by some but far or unsafe by others. Breakfast is seen as adequate but not exceptional. Room size is generally acceptable, but several guests found the facilities dated and maintenance lacking. Overall, while there are some positives, many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's upkeep and environment.
