Location. We selected this hotel because we had an appointment as Mass General Hospital. The hotel is right ne t to the hospital. So for that reason, it was great.
Our room was very tired. Carpet worn and seemed dirty. Bed was too soft.
Stayed in a 2 double bed room which was very large and had plenty of space for 2 people sharing. I arrived early and was able to check in which was great after a long flight!
The place is a bit tired and needs renovating in places. The staff at the front desk provided no recommendations / advice on where to eat etc when checking in. The bar closed at 10pm which is early especially for hotel guests. There was no safety deposit box
Bathroom door wasn't a solid door.
front staff was freindly and valet was great. Door man not so much big guy not helpful Love the selfie tv in lobbby
bell man Big guy could take a lesson from the older little guy he knows how to husstle
I liked the location as it was easy to walk everywhere and the staff was super nice the entire time we were there.
Need to dust the tables as its really dusty, otherwise the facility was clean.
