The hotel location is located at the beginning of the Freedom Trail.
Not knowing where to drop off the car when arriving at the Hotel. I had to call to get that information.
The location was excellent. Minutes away from the concert.
I paid $299.20 for the room through your web site. If I had booked through the Omni Parker Hotel I would have paid $189.00 for the same room. That's a big difference and I wasn't happy about it.
Staff was friendly
No outlets in the bathroom or anywhere to get ready, bed was super uncomfortable, smelled like mildew and super small room.
I wanted a hotel in the area, so when I saw the OMNI PARKER, I decided that was where we were to stay. Location, Location, Location. As we arrived early am from Nova Scotia, we wanted to accomplish as much as possible and ASAP. Lounge was great. Service was marvelous. Everyone was exceptionally friendly.
The exchange rate on the Canadian dollar.....!!!
We have stayed here several times in the past. Everything continues to meet or exceeded our expectations.
