Cons: The location was dirty A rat entered our room while we were away and we found it when we returned. Breakfast was poor and not enough for the people staying there. The owner insisted on making us pay the tourist tax (3.5€ per person) which was already included in the booking. Neglected and old rooms, could use some care and renovention

Pros: Good hotel, satisfactory breakfast
Cons: The single room was very small and it was impossible to stand in the shower even if you were 5ft 4inches tall due to sloping low ceiling. Larger room was better but the bathroom was needing a bit attention as the polish of marble around washhand basin was gone and the cabinet was badly damaged by water seeping into the joints. However the worst point was the rudeness of the receptionist in shift on the morning of 5th November 2010. It was more than enough to ruin an otherwise excellent break in Rome.

Cons: The heating did not work during the first night because the staff forgot to set it up in the system. The breakfast buffet was virtually non-existent, in fact the worst I have seen in my life. Sour coffee, overdone crossaints and not much more. Fortunately food in the neighbourhood made up for this. Traffic jams make commuting exhausting, but its everywhere the same in Rome.

Pros: The staff is great and the rooms are comfortable and clean
Cons: The location of the property is awful. It took us about two hours to get to the city center. The only bus that passes the property operates unstably. At the end of our stay, we had to take a taxi to get to the metro station not to be late from our plane, because we had to wait for the bus for an hour and a half. If you're planning to stay at the location please bear in mind that you either will spend some money on a taxi (which is very expensive in Italy) or you need to spend at least 3 hours a day on the roads to get to the city center and back

Pros: the staff was nice
Cons: its completely overpriced, its a hotel to spend the night if you have to stop on your way to rome, thats the only way you could ever book it... the furniture is so old, all the place looks a little abandoned, the breakfast is so sad and poor....

Pros: Got a ground floor room at 10 mins notice happy about that.Reception staff all spoke English and were very pleasant ☺
Cons: Restaurant staff DIDNT speak English as a result they served everyone else bar us, was sat there while they served all the italian guests had to complain to receptionist to get food (1st time was nearly 2 hours) nowhere within walking distance as an alternative.
