Pros:
Cons: - the breakfast is not cheap & worth, there are very littles choices - the staff who in charging breakfast is very rude. He forgot our order and come back to ask us again after 15 minutes. Then i told him, i was rushing to next destination as request to make it ASAP, he promised yes, but he did not inform the kitchen. When i was leaving the breakfast place, he was shouting loudly and show his anger to his another colleague This is extremely bad for a 5-star hotel !! They compensate us breakfast on another day but we did not accept the offer as they talked rudely on the phone and ask us to attend to the breakfast on next morning. Very disappointed on their service

Pros: You can do everything from the hotel by foot ! Amazing location for food and bars too. Very nice people. The rather small breakfast is served in your room (good size with a table to eat) but you can buy few more things at the supermarket nearby to make it bigger for instance. We got a room on the street so expect to be a bit noisy (despite the double glazed windows). We recommend.

Pros: I guess the location, but comfort is more important to me.
Cons: When we arrived we were told that the bathroom in our room needed repairs and that we were booked a room at another hotel so I am submitting a review for that hotel, called Relais Del Fico and my experience. I would have preferred the option for refund or choose a hot myself not to have one chosen for me. The staff at both places were accommodating. I’m not staying at either hotel ever.

Pros: I do believe that just about any superaltive once can come up with can be used to describe our stay at the Lord Byron in Rome. Although very professional in their overall demeanor, the staff also proved to be quite friendly and very willing to assist us with everything from directions, renting a car and even spending time calling for us to find an open tattoo studio during what is the holiday season for the locals. I don't think there was a time that we could leave our room only tto return and find everything had been picked up or straightened and this would happen a couple of times a day. The restaurant and lounge were fantastic from the waiting staff to the chef. Incredible food, impeccable service and the genuine feeling that we were truly welcomed guests made this one of our most memorable vacations.

Pros: Good location, friendly but not very helpful staff, nice classic-stylised rooms though renovated long time ago
Cons: Reception personnel was not helpful: we asked to book a Micheline-star restaurant for the evening at around 1100, had a walk and when we returned back to the hotel at around 1600 nothing was done. The lady started murmuring that it is hard to book, the person in charge is away at the moment etc. It looked like they totally forgot about the request. We decided that if until 1700 it is not done, I would book it myself or via concierge service. Just 30 minutes later they called back and offered two restaurants to choose. The chosen one (Aroma) was good, so I must thank them.

Pros: location was perfectly central, decor of the rooms was good and it felt like you had a mini apartment. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was OK .. but glad we were there for only 3 days as it was the same very day and would be a little boring any longer. For such an expensive hotel it is surprising that the 'breakfast included' room rate was only continental .. if you wanted anything extra (like a pancake etc) you had to pay extra. Location was nice and central but beware if you come over the weekend it is extremely noisy outside at night time .. think competing bars with all different types of loud music playing. We were on the first floor over looking the main street. Shame that they decided to charge c. 5Euros for a small bottle of water in the room. When you pay 700-800 per night you would at least expect complimentary water.
7,1 Good
Pros:
Cons: Air conditioning didn’t work properly in our room. Fortunately it wasn’t too hot. It wouldn’t have coped on the hottest of summer days. These need to be fixed it was poor

Pros: The nice room and confortable bed The design furniture and decoration The great bar with very cosy atmosphere and very nice cocktail The people
Cons: The shower : no pressure and difficult to balance hot and cold water
5,4 Okay
Pros: We liked: the general size of the suit as well as the deep comfy sofa in the living room and the attention to design & decoration.
Cons: We didn’t like: the small size of the bathroom and its poor facilities, size of the bedroom, lack of gym facility, noise from the inside of the hotel, lack of local knowledge by staff. Overall – no justification for the high price. Visitors should know that the area in which the hotel is located is loaded with tourists, including the noise they generate during the nights
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Design and concept
Cons: Breakfast they need to make as exciting

Pros: Splendid hotel with a small private pool and garden- has amazing LA payed back vibe, it opened a couple of years ago after renovation - so the rooms are in really nice condition, loved the bed- comfortable mattress and nice pillows. The hotel is perfect for couples, friends , young adults - Pacifico Restaraunt ( Michelin recommended) is downstairs , located in the beautiful garden, the place is also great for Pre-party drinks, Raspoutine club is around the corner. The room was not very big but had high celilings, a nice and big shower, Aqua di Parma toiletries and bathrobes. I was a bit concerned it could be noisy but we had a quiet room. For breakfast I loved that they cooked scrambled eggs or omelette and it was tasty. We also asked for check -out at 1 pm and it was nice it was provided

Pros: Staff very good. Couldn’t do enough
Cons: Separate restaurant and bar which is not part of hotel. 2 nights there were private parties so we weren’t allowed access to restaurant or bar. That fact alone will mean we will never return to that hotel. Not happy about that when we were paying 600+ euros per night
6,3 Good
Pros: It’s small and charming
Cons: You could hear everything happening outside. Not soundproof. Found hair upon arrival. Mold in the shower. Ordered room service and got it over an hour later.

Cons: The breakfast was quite limited due to the small space - I could eat yougurts and scrambled eggs - so that was perfect for me. Wi-fi was not working in the lobby on the weekend probably because of the amount of people using it. The hair drier was not very effective and the room lacked the full-length mirror ( there were mirrored parts of the closet - so I could use it , but would love a full-length mirror inside

Cons: first night we were in a room with no "warm" air condition due to some law - i would expect to know that before ordering the room. Pros: The location is excellent. The breakfast just as it should be. The staff at the breakfast were great. The room was clean and has all the things that a business traveler needs.
Cons: There was problem with the air-condition in my room. When it was working it was making a huge and very disturbing noise. So the option was not to work and keep the room cold. I asked for technical staff to come and I was waiting for it for one hour and didn't come. I asked for it 3 times. In the end I had to go because I had to attend a meeting. Somebody came in the came after I left and just turned on the air-condition. So when I turned back I had to turn it off due to the noise.

Pros: Room is very clean to NH standard. Breakfast is good. The bar staff are great!
Cons: When I'm having breakfast and a worker comes up and ask me to go and sit somewhere else... Is that proper or is that for the colour of my skin?... very raw! How can only 2 people be serving a hotel this big that ends up with a long queue and longer waiting time to check-in or get concierge assistance? Something is wrong! One can't pay in excess of €200 a night for a lousy service like this. Reception is very poor FULL STOP!

Pros: Enjoyed our stay. Renovated room was spotless. Staff was very friendly and more than helpful with directions, cabs, etc. Will definitely stay here again. There’s a great little pastry shop just a block or so away So we never made it to the restaurant.
Cons: All good! Nothing negative to comment on.

Pros:
Cons: I was very disappointed with one worker at the reception - the woman who worked 19.10.2020. it's the worst experience that I ever had in my life. When the worker, who has to be respectful to the clients, is rude, unprofessiona and arrogant. Before that, when I in Italy, I alwase stayed in NH chain and loved it. But after this time I'm not sure if I ever come back here.

Pros: The room Was clean and good size.
Cons: The hotel is under renovation and we were not told about it.

Pros: Location was fine
Cons: Staff at reception was not very helpful. We arrived around 2:30 pm and they said you can check in after 3pm. Not sure whether 3:30pm or 4pm. Whenever the room will be ready. So we had to kill some time outside till they made the room ready. Check out was 11. Also thought it was early. In room there were no sleepers. Sockets did not work properly. There was a electrical kettle but did not work. And no water, tea bags or coffee available. Overall i would never go back to this place

Pros: What I love about the hotel - “running road” near it; good transport connection
Cons: 1. It was my fifth time at the hotel but they neither tried to give me a quiet room nor cleaned room daily, even more, I got the worst room in the hotel (on the first floor, close to the road, with poor light) 2. Early check in and late check out for additional price 3. Breakfast is poor except for fruits

Cons: A toaster in the kitchen would be useful. We had breakfast on the last day before we were picked up for the airport which was certainly not worth the 12 euros.

Pros: Next to train station so provided easy access to anywhere in Rome. Reception staff were nice and very helpful advising on how to get around.
Cons: Not much around as far as restaurants and bars go. However the positive to this was the area was quiet, safe and you could walk around without being hassled. Maintenance guy was grumpy.

Pros: Good facilities.
Cons: Location to the main Rome tourist attractions is poor. It takes 2 or 3 train change to get to attractions.

Cons: The wired-into-the-wall hairdryer which started smoking and did not get fixed despite reporting it twice. Very few power points. The room smelled a little damp and some paint was peeling off the ceiling.

Pros: We stayed in the room with a big balcony and that was awesome to find in a city like Rome. Theres a restaurant in the hotel which serves authentic italian food & also snacks all day,and thats a big plus specially when its too cold to walk around looking for food spots.Theres also a Salon(John Louis David) attached to the hotel(same building) and the rooms are very comfortable. I asked for a tea kettle on check-in & the bell boy happily got it for me to my room. Special mention to Tatiana(front desk) who was helpful & pretty hospitable compared to her collegue.

Cons: Despite Being a guest who’s stayed here many times in the past few years, & this time for 6 nights, the woman at the reception during my check out (Frederica, i think) was too rude & sarcastically nasty. And that too coz i wanted to extend one more night. I was asked by the previous night’s staff ( Tatiana, she was always helpful), to inquire again in the morning before checkout, i did so... & there was no availability i was told earlier in the morning. So at the counter while checking out i asked once again incase of any last min cancellations, if any room was available, and to that, this woman broke out into a nasty rude tone .. to which i finally had to literally shout back at her & tell her that this was no way to behave with a returning guest, specially on the last day of their trip in Rome, and after this rudeness i would surely look at other options next time. This kind of INHOSPITABLE & Rude Behaviour is just not Acceptable ... excuse me...and this is the field of Hospitality!!! I would advice the management to take these feedbacks seriously..!

Staff not smiling and not very warm

Pros: The hotel is good value for money and the price is acceptable on the super expensive city of Rome. In addition, facilities were very clean and the room was comfortable.
Cons: Hotel restaurant direction and staff should be more profesional and it is inappropriate for a four star hotel. They told us that kitchen was open until 22:00 o’clock, however at 21:15, they only offered us two dishes of all the menu. Casually, they offered us the same dishes that they served to the next table. Furthermore, air conditioner was working on November in Rome, so the room was cold in the first night. For this reason, I called to reception to turn off air conditioner and request a heater or a blanket. No heater was available and they offered me a blanket, nevertheless, they forgot to bring it and I had to reclaim next day.
