Pros: The possibilities this hotel offers! Restaurants, night club, tennis courts etc. Not expensive for a 5 star! Pool area (sun from behind though) Very attentive and happy staff at pool area! Also at some restaurants/bar they want to meet your wishes! Huge breakfast selection (but if I`m picky, could have surprised with some different cheese or so on weekend). Good coffee, if fresh brewed from machine only. Nice fitness! Comfortable bed!

Pros: Great location - next to Suria KLCC mall with very easy access to the twin towers. Great views of the park from the pool. Spacious and beautiful room with amazing view of the pool and the park from the Executive Park View Room. The staff working at the pool were excellent and attentive.

Cons: Need semi sized pillows as complement. Need to check carefully for tears in linens. Extremely over priced airport taxi service. A bit warm in fitness when running and toilets very far away. Taxes and fees add to rate in booking.com - booking.com or hotel problem? It´s uncomfortable trying to understand what happened to initial rate, you don´t want to get such surprises. Still affordable though!

Pros: The shower facilities are excellent in each of the rooms. Views from the rooms are formidable on all floors; I stayed on floor 11 and on 21. Swimming pool is excellent; not very big but really chilled and there is an adults only area to sunbathe in. Staff are formidable and so attentive to even the smallest of needs; while also being super informed of everything going on around the city. Food is excellent in the breakfast buffet and definitely worth including in your stay.

Pros: Loved everything about this beautiful hotel. Upgraded to Horizon class upon check in, it was well worth it. Was given a slightly bigger bedroom and access to the Horizon bar/lounge. It included breakfast, afternoon tea between 3 and 5 o’clock, and cocktails and canapés between 5 and 7 o’clock. Absolutely amazing, you could also get cold drinks at any time. Live music played in the evening, Petronas Towers easily walkable, thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Cons: Pool bar could have more staff than one person. Waiting times were very very long. Club lounge could have bit more organic options during the whole time. Room service was really slow. One night ordering red wine with two glasses took 45mins and one glass. Getting another glass would have forgotten unless called after in 15 mins. Food took over hour even thought nothing special.. and was promised in half hour.

Cons: The toilet in our room was separated from the shower by glass wall leaving very little space between the toilet and the glass. I banged my head twice on the glass wall. I am 5'11'' but not a big person and I would imagine that bigger people might struggle a bit. Also the location is great for visiting National Mosque, museum, bird park etc if that's your thing but there were very limited eating and drinking options within walking distance of the hotel. We found we were using the hotel shuttle bus, Grab taxis or MRT to get to other parts of the city (eg Bukit Bintang) where the options were much better. Also the hotel is right beside an expressway meaning the spartan pool area is extremely noisy.

Cons: The rooms are in different areas. You have to take two different lifts to reach there, but not having directions to reach there. Unless you look majestic, your luggage has to be carried all the way in escalator and then in lift to reach the Majestic wing. Nobody will help you. Avoid old majestic wing.

Pros: Exceeded my expectations. Great staff, friendly attitudes. First time upgraded to executive level and it was eye opening. Drinks and light food served 2-3 times a day with a view from the 33rd floor executive lounge, all free for executive level. Really enjoyed the hotel and would return. Pretty big gym, real yoga mats, sauna I didn't get to try but will next time. Great bed and shower.

Pros: Exceeded my expectations. Great staff, friendly attitudes. First time upgraded to executive level and it was eye opening. Drinks and light food served 2-3 times a day with a view from the 33rd floor executive lounge, all free for executive level. Really enjoyed the hotel and would return. Pretty big gym, real yoga mats, sauna I didn't get to try but will next time. Great bed and shower.
Cons: Lights were genuinely hard to figure out with their eccentric switch placement. Room was a bit dated but still very good.

Cons: I want to mention two things; - there is a huge construction going on just in front of the hotel. I have to say that infinity pool does not have petronas view anymore. - even though all A/C's and ventilation of bathroom turned off, building's own ventilation system works extremely noisy which makes sleeping very hard if you are a light sleeper.

Cons: Food was not great especially when you pay a fair bit. It was dead in the pool area and we were the only ones ordering food. It took 45minutes for a pizza and noodles and they didn't have any flavours. Defined recommend eating out.

Cons: As a Lifetime Platinum Elite member I was not happy with my stay. 1. I checked in online and it still took 15 minutes to get my key. 2.Upgraded to a suite but when I opened the door to my room on 21st floor, the room was under construction. Went back to reception and got issued a normal room with a promise that I would be upgraded the following day when I got back in the evening after work. I packed my bags as was in informed that my room would be changed while I was working. 3.When I got back, reception had no idea about the proposed room change and my bags were still in my small room. 4. After asking to speak with the manager, I was told that no upgrade was available but they were working on it. 1 hour later, guest services came to my room and moved me to a suite. 4. So with my new keys in hand, I went to meet a colleague at the Club Lounge and my new keys would not allow me access. Again I went to the reception and it took 10 minutes to issue me a key that would access the lounge. Ridiculous. Will never visit again. This property is in trouble and most of it is focused on reception deficiencies. | am truly disgusted.

Cons: The keycard entry to the rooms failed to work on almost every occasion though so this was a fairly annoying issue that was never addressed by the front office staff. Another issue that came up was when I asked on more than one occasion to extend my stay the fact that the hotel was in fact fully booked and therfore could not take my booking was never mentioned. I found this very frustrating and unhelpful.

Pros: Confortable and quiet hotel close to restaurants, malls and cinema. A pool with lovely cool water and a spectecular view at the skyline. Staff was very friendly, especially Mustafa who fullfilled even my special requests for breakfast. Lots of choice for breakfast. Alltogether a highly revommendable place.

Pros: The manager was quick to resolve our issues. Great kids room, gym, and pool area. The rooms in the new wing are nice and offer sufficient space for children.
Cons: The residence apartments are not used often or tended to. While spacious, there were power outages and brown water. The room was also ready two hours after the standard 2pm check-in. Front desk staff did not want to handle or seem primed to focus on customer service. Management was essential and most helpful.

Cons: Horrendous Air Conditioning that is mild at best. It takes the heat away somewhat, but not cold enough to sleep with the blankets on. I have noticed this in my 4 different stays on Superior, Deluxe as well as Club Premier rooms. Such a let down for a 4+ Star rated hotel that is striving to be more. Decent Wifi Speeds (4Mb/s). Some doormen open the door for you; while others just watch you walk in and stand there looking at their phones or busy talking to someone else. Inconsistent hospitality (only) at the door is another major let down at this location. Plumbing issues on 2 of my stays thus far, but quickly taken care of.

Cons: The problems are when I ask for the mineral water when i met the housekeeping staff but i didn't hear what he said then I ask for him again but he answered me with not hospitality.. Everytime I came KL,I always choose to stay at there(GMKL).But from my last experience may be i will think about it again because I'm very offended with that staff. And 1 more problem when I stay for 2 nights at there..I already push the cleanup my room(makeroom)button..but when I cameback the room is still not clean..so confused with this last service when i came.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and responsive. When we need a technician to show us how the air-conditioning worked, a member of staff came to our door within minutes.

Cons: Lack of snacks in Club Lounge which were not refilled. What was there had been allowed to go cold. Came down for breakfast to find one sausage in platter and this was not refilled.

Cons: Got a room with a spoilt aircon. Then given another room that gave me a power trip at 2am. Because I'm claustrophobic, it was the worst night of my live as the whole room went into darkness

Cons: Dusty & old carpet; dated furniture; crawling ants in the kitchen sink; the bed blocked the access to the wardrobe & the safe; very average breakfast with some choices but simply lack of quality; worn out quilt cover - I felt ichy & had a few bits overnight - I told the reception about that and they just said sorry. Very disappointing stay. Should be advertised as a 5 star hotel at all! Avoid this hotel as there are many better choices in KL.

Cons: The hotel was hard to fault in my opinion, however I found a couple of small issues. The main desk staff were not friendly or greeted you even when they were not serving guests. The construction on the road and building next door was noisy at night, however this is no fault by the hotel and cannot be helped.

Cons: Stayed in the executive room (26th floor). Nice view but the windows are greasy / dirty from the inside. This isn't happend by one visitor before. For the rest it was an ok stay. Price / quality is ok
