Pros: convenient from Hang Tuah station, quiet location, large room (I had an executive suite). Bed is reasonably comfortable. Cons: Far walk from Imbi (don't do it, seriously). Far from heart of Bukit Bintang. Hotel is very old. Executive Lounge is poor, not enough seats and food was just drowned in chili. Wifi is horrendous, tv is tiny and old. Room is only cleaned once every 3 days.

Pros (+) The staff, and the people really, were absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful. I did not have a stress in the world because I knew they were there and willing to help when needed.
