Pros: Fantastic service and very friendly - perfect for airport
Cons: It is right by the airport - so planes overhead and location is not pretty!

Pros: Hotel employee was awesome! He helped us get a bus to Rome instead of going back to the airport and getting the train. He was very nice and attentive and the place was clean and beautiful. It was easy to find and fairly close to the airport.

Pros: Everything was perfect and convenient. Definitely will stay here again. They welcomed my dog and cat and took us to the airport in the morning. Location was excellent, within walking distance to many restaurants. Staff was so friendly and spoke english. 100% recommend :)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great small hotel for a stay near the airport. The room and bathroom were very large, spotless and comfortable. Lucas went out of his way to help me with my luggage in the rain. He showed me where there there was a nice restaurant, pizza restaurant, Chinese restaurant and coffee bar right across the street. He didn’t just tell where these places were or give me a piece of paper with their names on a list. He walked me to the corner of the street and directly pointed them out to me. I had dinner at the restaurant and coffee at the coffee bar. Both were excellent. I especially enjoyed my cappuccino at the coffee bar where I sat at a table and watched as local a Italians came in on their way home from work and grabbed a coffee. They all ran in, stood at the counter, drank it down in a minute, then ran out, just as I had read about before my trip. I had a 6AM flight in the morning and Lucas drove me to the airport at 4 AM. It was raining again and he went out of his way to bring my luggage into the airport for me and found a representative to help me, not just drop me off at the “door”. What a gentlemen. I am an older women and was traveling solo. I felt safe and looked after at my stay here. Don’t miss an opportunity to meet Lucas! You will throughly enjoy your visit to this property and it will make going to the airport as stress free as possible as well as giving you the opportunity for one last great Italian dinner before leaving Rome.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: A great little hotel with no frills but great personal service from the father and son owners. This hotel has a great location close to the Rome Fiumicino airport which makes it an ideal budget hotel prior to departure from Italy. They are steadily improving and updating this hotel and the personal service is second to none!
Cons: Although the location close to the airport is a plus, the noise from the planes is quite loud at times but not a deal breaker.
8,0 Excellent

Cons: Noise from the airport when airplanes taking off in the night.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: From the beginning Enrica went out of her way to help. She made arrangements for our transportation and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The room was comfortable and had a great air conditioner as it was hot outside. Can't comment on breakfast as we left early but Enrica did leave us a nice tray of items in our room. She is a great innkeeper and knows the meaning of hospitality.
Cons: Just some suggestions- Kleenex and bath soap as there aren't any face cloths Be aware that this is located in a neighborhood and miles away from any shopping or sights. Restaurants are very limited however the Crazy Cook restaurant was close and delicious.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We rented two apartments on our way our of Italy for home. After the long drive down to Rome on the local roads from Tuscany, then trying to negotiate the spagetty-like access roads at FCO airport to find the rental car drop off, the apartments were a great place to finally land for our departure the next day..The apartments are in a quiet, nice residential neighborhood. Our host, Enrica, and her friendly little pooch, Sophie, came out immediately to greet us when we arrived. We found that the apartments were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was wonderful. There are two restaurants nearby. We went to one that was recommended, it was busy and had a great meal and drinks. The wait staff were fun to talk to and got us in without a reservation. We took a taxi from the airport and the cost was 25euro for 3 people. We returned using Enricas recommended shuttle which was more like a limo, and it cost us 15 euro as advertised. The shuttle was a new van, the taxi was a bit road worn. I recommend taking the shuttle both ways.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The host was very nice.

Pros: Enriqua was very nice! She got us everything we needed and was very welcoming. The room was good and well furnished, as well as the bathroom.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. Should definitely replace the mattress (perhaps it's a problem in this specific room, don't know). Also, we took a shower in the morning (around 7AM) and the water wasn't very hot even though we set it on the maximum.

Pros: The owner was very helpful and pleasant, made my stay really great.

Pros: It is in a local neighborhood. Private bathroom, with shared kitchen area. Short walk to some stores and places to eat. The driver for the shuttle was awesome. He runs the place too. It will cost you 15 euro each way, but he is always on time. Check the fine print as there is a 2 euro charge per person per day for city tax. It is close to the airport. The guy in the red shirt is Mossimo, he is your host and driver.

Pros: Chose it for combination of proximity to airport and beautiful grounds and pool for our last 24 hrs in Italy before flying home. It did not disappoint and added bonus was wonderful restaurant with indoor/outdoor patio. Food and service was great. Get a room with balcony overlooking pool.
Cons: "California king" beds (two singles side by side)

Pros: Breakfast was excellent! Very friendly staff.
Cons: The room I was given was not so good. Seemed older than others on the other side of the hotel, which had small balcony.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant was really good, with kind personnel; food tasted exceptional considering it is an hotel. Location is great if you are traveling via Fiumicino, neighborhood kind of funky.
Cons: Room was oldish, and beds (especially the single one) noisy; not a bunch of blankets and air condition noisy as well. Bathroom was also poor, although functional.

Pros: Close to airport, comfortable room, good breakfast, quite area
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Highly recommendable
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel except shuttle to/ from airport is not the most convenient.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The hotel looked impressive on the outside. The lobby was also beautiful. The restaurant was really nice and the food was great.
Cons: Our room was pretty 'bare bones'. Though the bathroom was very nice, the beds were small and the mattresses were not very comfortable. They were the types of thin mattresses that you would find on a 'roll-away' bed. There was a TV, but no kettle for coffee/tea, though there was a coffee vending machine in the lobby. I'm not sure if all the rooms are like that, or if we were just in the 'servants wing' or something? The first time I used my credit card in Europe was to check-in to this hotel and to pay for dinner in the restaurant. Coincidentally, later that same night, I received a text from my credit card company, asking if I was attempting to make a purchase on some fashion web site. I wasn't. I ended up having the cancel the card and ask for a replacement when I returned home.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: For the overnight and day spent at hotel was great! The dinning and bar areas and staff specifically made the short time there really welcoming.
Cons: I did not find anything I didn't like with my stay.

Pros: Good low cost hotel for a quick stay. Helpful service. Dinner options across the street. Free parking.
7,5 Good
Pros: Close to airport and room was spacious and clean.
Cons: Property was average. Even though we stayed for one night we found kitchen supplies to be inadequate. For example, some plates were not clean properly and there were no cups if you wanted a cup of hot tea. Pots and pans need replacing. Walls are thin so you could hear neighbors next door.
7,0 Good
Pros: The apartment was big and close to the airport.
Cons: The shower head was not working properly and the apartment was not perfectly cleaned.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I spent only the night in the hotel, it was very good and with a good price. The room was very good and clean.
Cons: Nothing in particular. It covered very well my expectations
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice position very close to the airport, nice space too
Cons: It was not the cleanest place
10,0 Excellent
Cons: The access to the place is only by car, don't have bus, train our underground.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Quick €7.50pp airport shuttle in the morning. Easy check-in. Spacious apartment.
Cons: Just be aware if you're arriving after midnight, there is no airport transfer which is fair enough. But you will get stung by the local taxi drivers for €30 which is really expensive for a 5km ride (driver said it was 12km, but I don't think he realises phones have maps now). Shower head holder was not particularly stable.

Pros: The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect for a transfer to the airport. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.
7,0 Good
Pros: The heater was great!
Cons: Breakfast was largely pastries. I wish there were more options: meat, eggs, waffles/pancakes--more breakfast type foods.
6,0 Good
Pros: My flight was cancelled so I decided to spend a night in Fiumicino in order to be close to the airport the morning after. The room and the breakfast were ok for one night stay and for my needs. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom small but ok for the circumstances. They also offer a shuttle service from and to the airport, a bit pricey considering the car distance of the airport. Anyway they advise you about the price, once you confirm the room and apparently there are not many other choices to reach the small village. The driver also stopped by a pizzeria on our way from the Airport to the b&b in order to let us buy some food for dinner, and this was kind. All my messages got a fast answer. The receptionist was kind and welcoming.

Pros: Staff was very helpful. Jan attended to all I needed. He went above and beyond. I got there late at night and even though they only serve breakfast, he prepared a snack. Laura was super helpful in securing me transfer from airport. There was a small problem with the hot water at the time and they gave me a free ride to the airport to compensate. Very personable service. Perfect for transit- if you don't need to get to Rone. Very close to the beach. I'd definitely go again

Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. 8,3 Excellent
Pros: Close to sea and airport
Cons: No A/C in October and no floor fans. Opening windows let in mosquitoes.
7,9 Good
Pros: Cheap, ideal for early flight out of Fumicino. Beach area is pretty dismal, with few restaurants open.
Cons: Property was fine however airport shuttle unreliable. Waited two hours in correct spot at airport to be picked up. Morning shuttle was on time
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location! It is just a few blocks from a public beach and good restaurants. Also, the staff was lovely. Next time, I plan to stay for more than 1 night so I can enjoy the town!
6,7 Good
Pros: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The cost was very reasonable.
Cons: The shower was only ever hot for 30 seconds at a time. The "double bed" we were given was just 2 beds pushed together, so my wife and I kept falling into the space in between the beds. The breakfast had fresh breads and great coffee, but other than that, pretty much everything else had an odd taste or smell to it that hinted that it wasn't fresh... And maybe it was because we were visiting in winter, but the hotel was easily the best looking building in that location (the rest of the buildings around it were all basically falling apart)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our second stay here: pleasant staff and room, short drive or shuttle to FCO. Family owns a restaurant in town and provides a shuttle to and from for dining.

Cons: Beds very uncomfortable and room a bit small, shower controls very touchy
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and good location to airport and to beautiful beach and wonderful restaurant around
Cons: Lots charges for something basic like bottle of water, coffeemaker. Its unexpected and of course each night you still need to pay tax and shuttle to and from airport.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, close to the beach and walking distance to the town center. Clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.
4,6 Okay
Pros: I appreciated the convenience and close proximity to the airport.
Cons: Our air conditioning was broken, and I found the city, in general, to be a very depressing place.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Appears to be family owned and operated. All staff welcoming, helpful and friendly. Owners own a nearby restaurant and provide a shuttle a five minute ride away. Very easy commute to FCO.

5,0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and modern.
Cons: The facility looks worn and needs a facelift. The ocean view was behind the rooftop AC equipment, and across a double wide road, and over the tops of a lot of low buildings between the other side of the road and the sand. Had wanted to walk on the beach but it is all fenced off and locked up.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location, Fregene is really nice and not too far from FCO, maybe 20-25 minutes drive. The beach is really quite nice. Hotel room size is good and the staff was very accommodating, it seemed pretty clean. The floors and bathroom were somewhat worn, though. The building on the outside could use some paint, but it is a pretty cool building. We had a nice day at the beach the day before our flight.
Cons: Some parts of the property are pretty worn, and the entrance isn't the best, it's hard to get in and out with a lot of baggage. Car service to FCO was somewhat expensive, ~50 euro for a van.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice modern rooms, two steps from the beach, fantastic management trying accommodating your needs. A good breakfast in the nice terrace makes a good start of the day.
Cons: Unfortunately for all Fregene taxi availability is an issue and can get very expensive to go anywhere you need. But that’s not the hotel’s fault, which actually has connections to supply taxi’s unavailability
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Ocean view, huge shower with waterfall shower head, beautiful bathroom, comfortable mattress, large room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The ocean view upstairs view and the proximity to the beach. Giant Olympic size pool.
Cons: No elevator and sofa bed not good for adult person..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful receptionist; good location; car parking; nice room
Cons: Restaurant not friendly so we went elsewhere
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It's an architectural treasure. Beautiful building which has been renovated leaving quite some of the original elements making it a place with a soul. Location is right across the beach and 10' walk form the fisherman village.
Cons: Breakfast is simple, does not really cater for guests that are not init sweets and sugary pies, cookies and cakes. The savoury section is poor lacking in fresh quality ingredients. few tired cherry tomatoes, boded eggs from the fridge and average quality cheese and cured meat cut
7,1 Good
Pros: Staff spoke English and were welcoming for my late arrival.

10,0 Excellent

Pros: Efficient , clean . Well priced , English spoken , good local knowledge , very friendly, operate airport shuttle , pretty much perfect. Close to all restraunts , pizzeria , Bars. Will use again. Thank you Luca
Cons: Cannot think of anything.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: A great little hotel with no frills but great personal service from the father and son owners. This hotel has a great location close to the Rome Fiumicino airport which makes it an ideal budget hotel prior to departure from Italy. They are steadily improving and updating this hotel and the personal service is second to none!
Cons: Although the location close to the airport is a plus, the noise from the planes is quite loud at times but not a deal breaker.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport.
Cons: Noise from the airport when airplanes taking off in the night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Luca and his dad were very welcoming and assisted us with our luggage and helped in anyway they could! It is a perfect place to stay when you’re coming in or leaving out of Rome -only 10 minutes from the airport!

Pros: The bathroom and back terrace were superb, The mattress, headboard, pillows and walls are all in need of renovation.. Not good for the high price - it should be half the cost really! Good location if you have an early flight from Fiumicino- and only if you have a car!! The receptionist was very friendly and kind, Grazie Antonella sei stata gentilissima!
Cons: There were peeling walls from humidity, bed upholstery torn, very basic mattress and poor pillows.... Not good for the high price. I suggest changing Mattress, pillows and reupholster the headboard, could do with an upgrade for the price!! Breakfast area should be available for early flights, I would have liked a coffee in the morning!

Pros: Staff. Biagio is very attentive. Great host. Location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Too many keys. Bathroom out of the room.

7,1 Good
Cons: Not clear how to get to the property through the security door. Better signage would help and instructions to guests.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owner picked me up for a few more euro and was very nice. He only speaks italian but was able to work on communication. He also drove me into Rome when the taxi was too expensive for a few euro. He was a great host and I go to him again.
Cons: Italy doesn't use dryers so the sheets were a little rough.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Antonella and Biagio were so hospitable! They communicated in advance about check in, showed me around, helped me order a pizza to be delivered for dinner - and scheduled a taxi for my very early morning departure. They even offered some of Mamma's homemade limoncello. I couldn't be happier with the service.
Cons: Not so much that I didn't like it, I was just surprised at the location. In my head I pictured a house-turned-B&B that was near the airport. I probably should have read more about the property, but I was in a rush. The B&B is actually in one of the big apartment buildings, which was cool - families, kids, pets around. I got to feel like a local for a day. Or a night, rather - I arrived about 6:30 p.m. and left at 5:00 a.m. Two options for dinner: walk 10 minutes to the local mall/grocery store or have pizza delivered. I did the latter - good pizza/value. It was a 20-euro cab ride each way to/from the airport, and about a 10-minute ride.
