Pros:The hotel and restaurant staff were really nice. The room itself was nice. The bed was sleepable....no stiff necks/backs. This was a quick overnight stay as we had an early flight the next morning. They also served a nice breakfast (choices are 90% carbs). Perfect for what we needed it for.
Cons:The shower ran hot/cold in the blink of an eye. (Mine lasted 3 minutes.) Also, there were tiny ants in the bathroom which were annoying.

Pros:The hotel is new, clean and super convenient to Fiumicino Airport. The shuttle bus had me there in less than 12 minutes, delivered directly to my terminal with ease. The room was super clean with a small, but excellent balcony overlooking the small harbor. The stall was very accommodating and were not bothered at all by my limited Italian. I would stay there again for any pre-flight night out of Rome.

Pros:For our purposes proximity to the Rome airport was very convenient for an overnight stay. The scheduled shuttle to the airport was a great advantage. The small town of Fiumicino was walkable with many restaurants though we ate at the hotel and enjoyed a gourmet meal from a complete menu - seafood being prominent as the hotel is right on the coast. The fishing pier was immediately out the front door. The price was moderate yet a good value. Seasonal prices likely would be higher.

Pros:Normally, I'd stay in the city if I were visiting Rome, but we needed a one-night stay as part of a flight layover. Based on the brief experience, it's too large to be a boutique, but smaller than a "standard size" hotel, however hotel combines the benefits of both. Located by the waterfront (you can see the fishing boats docked overnight out again in the morning), it has nice staff, excellent service, and good food at the restaurant. I would have no hesitation highly recommending it if you are staying in the vicinity.
