Cons: The price is slightly on the high side and we couldn't really figure out how to control the airconditioning. At times it seems centralised and some other times it got warm. Also not much of complimentary welcoming gifts.

Cons: Some strange rules for instance in the gym one has to wear shoes but one cannot if you are using a muay thai bag to practise, then there is confusion. The weights in the gym are great (pro standard)but when one uses them you are told do so gently as there are business rooms below??

Cons: lengh of bed aprox 190 cm. At one of three mornings15 Minutes quewing for being seated for breakfast. No good possibility in the room to place a big case: space too small, An additional device did not work well. "Budget"-Taxis to go to the airport ordered through the hotel was significant more expensive than a regular taxi and at the same time very very old, not save, gave strange noisis, damaged inside. We doubted it would make the 60 km to the airport, but it did.

Cons: The hotel pictures seem to predate the building work going on next door. The view from the infinity pool is partly obscured by a large building going up next door. Pool is still very nice though. The lifts seem to take an age, but there are 51 floors. Breakfast was nice, but not up to the excellent standard set by the rest of the hotel. The breakfast room was a little plain (but with terrific views) and the food was a little lack lustre.

But I had little issue with them I forgot one bag in taxi and ask him to return it to the hotel which he did but the hotel kept lie that they don’t get any thing for 2 days till I called the police and have them talk to them. Then they bring my stuff. So make sure you don’t lose any thing cause u will never get it back.

I arrived at one o'clock for check in but the room was not ready, so they ask me to take different room category and pay extra 150 RM per night , I refuse and had to wait until my room was ready. The pillow , bed and blanket are not comfortable not that high quality for 5 stars hotel. Other than this the hotel was great!

Cons: The keycard entry to the rooms failed to work on almost every occasion though so this was a fairly annoying issue that was never addressed by the front office staff. Another issue that came up was when I asked on more than one occasion to extend my stay the fact that the hotel was in fact fully booked and therfore could not take my booking was never mentioned. I found this very frustrating and unhelpful.

Cons: The residence apartments are not used often or tended to. While spacious, there were power outages and brown water. The room was also ready two hours after the standard 2pm check-in. Front desk staff did not want to handle or seem primed to focus on customer service. Management was essential and most helpful.

Cons: Horrendous Air Conditioning that is mild at best. It takes the heat away somewhat, but not cold enough to sleep with the blankets on. I have noticed this in my 4 different stays on Superior, Deluxe as well as Club Premier rooms. Such a let down for a 4+ Star rated hotel that is striving to be more. Decent Wifi Speeds (4Mb/s). Some doormen open the door for you; while others just watch you walk in and stand there looking at their phones or busy talking to someone else. Inconsistent hospitality (only) at the door is another major let down at this location. Plumbing issues on 2 of my stays thus far, but quickly taken care of.

Cons: As a Lifetime Platinum Elite member I was not happy with my stay. 1. I checked in online and it still took 15 minutes to get my key. 2.Upgraded to a suite but when I opened the door to my room on 21st floor, the room was under construction. Went back to reception and got issued a normal room with a promise that I would be upgraded the following day when I got back in the evening after work. I packed my bags as was in informed that my room would be changed while I was working. 3.When I got back, reception had no idea about the proposed room change and my bags were still in my small room. 4. After asking to speak with the manager, I was told that no upgrade was available but they were working on it. 1 hour later, guest services came to my room and moved me to a suite. 4. So with my new keys in hand, I went to meet a colleague at the Club Lounge and my new keys would not allow me access. Again I went to the reception and it took 10 minutes to issue me a key that would access the lounge. Ridiculous. Will never visit again. This property is in trouble and most of it is focused on reception deficiencies. | am truly disgusted.

Cons: .. most other things were either just average or below average .. the rooms had a very dated look .. furniture was old ... things in the wall were loose .. couple of times when i connected my laptop the outlet actually came out of the wall .. when we ordered room service they would not charge it to the room .. when i gave him a credit card he was not happy .. worst of course was the WiFi .. it was so poor that it was almost not usable .. if i was on a business trip i would have been livid .. even here i had to use the data on my cell phone since it was faster than their wifi! Overall except for the price .. i would not recommend .. at a slightly higher price i am sure you can get better accommodation ...

Cons: Breakfast is one of the most disappointing element of the hotel! The place looks dark and dirty..... when you walk in, the staff at the breakfast entrance is like police or army! They only want to count how many people you are per room and then charge extra if you have little children. i saw so many families with young kids paying extra for a breakfast which is not at all worth it. It was the same thing over 6 days and the food doesn't look fresh. The poor guy who make the omelettes, was in total panic being alone to prepare all the eggs. I visited over 7 hotels during my last December trip and all of them have new style coffee machines....self service ones......except Grand Millennium! one guy make your coffee and tea on request in such a disgusting way! Breakfast is a very bad experience at Grand Millennium!!!

Cons: Everything was dirty, outdated and the staff at reception was extremely rude especially Memi i think the name was if a lady dealing with us. We had to wait an hour to get our room. It wasn't even cleaned properly. I'll rate it as an barely 2 or 3 star hotel.

Cons: We were not aware that the property required a hefty deposit. The place isn't exactly family-friendly because the pool for my kids was rather too deep and situated in a bar. Good place for adults who would like to just chill and party but not for family with kids.

Cons: Had my most horrible experience. Arrival 2plus, unable to check-in..near to 3pm during the check-in process room still yet to be ready..and unhappy with the staff by the name of Ainaa/Ainn so rude & loud, holding high post doesnt allows eu to be so arrogant. Breakfast spree or should I say not any spree at all..only a few dishes, and no dessert at all. With only 2 type of cold drinks, 2 hot drinks, and very few bread choice, and the most inconvenient staying at level 22, breakfast at level 23 I had to climb the stairs up, or go to the ground level and walk to the lobby to take another lift up. Imagine with elderly how inconvenient. Limited tv channel, and staying on the 22nd floor face another building window, smelly carpet. I will give 2 star due to location only out of 10 star. Thank you for horrible stay, and 1st time experiencing bad trip from the 1st day.
