Drinks and light food served 2-3 times a day with a view from the 33rd floor executive lounge, all free for executive level. Really enjoyed the hotel and would return. Pretty big gym, real yoga mats, sauna I didn't get to try but will next time. Great bed and shower.

Pros: The view from the infinity pool is completely ruined. All those poster pictures you see above? Yeah, that was a long time ago. Now there is a new skyscraper being built right in front of this one, which means that not only is the view to the Petronas towers completely obstructed, there is still active construction going on - meaning that your infinity pool experience will include the sounds of metal clanging right next to you, and workers staring at you while you try to have a relaxing bath. While it might seem odd to criticize the hotel for its infinity pool, it remains a fact that the pool was the only real reason to stay here. Are the rooms okay? Sure. Is the bed huge? Sure. However, there are plenty of much cheaper, much better hotels in this area, so with the pool destroyed, I really cannot think of a reason to pick this one. It’s a real shame, I’m sure it was fantastic once, but unfortunately no more.

Pros: The view from the infinity pool is completely ruined. All those poster pictures you see above? Yeah, that was a long time ago. Now there is a new skyscraper being built right in front of this one, which means that not only is the view to the Petronas towers completely obstructed, there is still active construction going on - meaning that your infinity pool experience will include the sounds of metal clanging right next to you, and workers staring at you while you try to have a relaxing bath. While it might seem odd to criticize the hotel for its infinity pool, it remains a fact that the pool was the only real reason to stay here. Are the rooms okay? Sure. Is the bed huge? Sure. However, there are plenty of much cheaper, much better hotels in this area, so with the pool destroyed, I really cannot think of a reason to pick this one. It’s a real shame, I’m sure it was fantastic once, but unfortunately no more.
Cons: I think I went into detail into the basic problem, which is the now destroyed infinity pool. A few additional problems: -the check in time is at 3, and the staff is completely inflexible over this. You will not be allowed entry before 3 pm sharp. -the room smells funny. And there is a machine perched right in the middle of the room that produces ozone? Which works 24/7 and you can’t turn it off, but is really noisy. I don’t understand what it’s supposed to do :/ -no music, no bar in the infinity pool. Ok I get it there is no more mesmerizing view but some alcohol could help making u forget it! It seems that they are really trying to make it worse! Plus the personnel controlling the entrance to the pool is unfriendly and totally unnecessary.

But I had little issue with them I forgot one bag in taxi and ask him to return it to the hotel which he did but the hotel kept lie that they don’t get any thing for 2 days till I called the police and have them talk to them. Before we left, we gave Ms Sally a thank you basket as a token of appreciation .

Cons: The keycard entry to the rooms failed to work on almost every occasion though so this was a fairly annoying issue that was never addressed by the front office staff. Another issue that came up was when I asked on more than one occasion to extend my stay the fact that the hotel was in fact fully booked and therfore could not take my booking was never mentioned. I found this very frustrating and unhelpful.

Cons: The residence apartments are not used often or tended to. While spacious, there were power outages and brown water. The room was also ready two hours after the standard 2pm check-in. Front desk staff did not want to handle or seem primed to focus on customer service. Management was essential and most helpful.

Cons: Horrendous Air Conditioning that is mild at best. It takes the heat away somewhat, but not cold enough to sleep with the blankets on. I have noticed this in my 4 different stays on Superior, Deluxe as well as Club Premier rooms. Such a let down for a 4+ Star rated hotel that is striving to be more. Decent Wifi Speeds (4Mb/s). Some doormen open the door for you; while others just watch you walk in and stand there looking at their phones or busy talking to someone else. Inconsistent hospitality (only) at the door is another major let down at this location. Plumbing issues on 2 of my stays thus far, but quickly taken care of.

Cons: As a Lifetime Platinum Elite member I was not happy with my stay. 1. I checked in online and it still took 15 minutes to get my key. 2.Upgraded to a suite but when I opened the door to my room on 21st floor, the room was under construction. Went back to reception and got issued a normal room with a promise that I would be upgraded the following day when I got back in the evening after work. I packed my bags as was in informed that my room would be changed while I was working. 3.When I got back, reception had no idea about the proposed room change and my bags were still in my small room. 4. After asking to speak with the manager, I was told that no upgrade was available but they were working on it. 1 hour later, guest services came to my room and moved me to a suite. 4. So with my new keys in hand, I went to meet a colleague at the Club Lounge and my new keys would not allow me access. Again I went to the reception and it took 10 minutes to issue me a key that would access the lounge. Ridiculous. Will never visit again. This property is in trouble and most of it is focused on reception deficiencies. | am truly disgusted.

Cons: .. most other things were either just average or below average .. the rooms had a very dated look .. furniture was old ... things in the wall were loose .. couple of times when i connected my laptop the outlet actually came out of the wall .. when we ordered room service they would not charge it to the room .. when i gave him a credit card he was not happy .. worst of course was the WiFi .. it was so poor that it was almost not usable .. if i was on a business trip i would have been livid .. even here i had to use the data on my cell phone since it was faster than their wifi! Overall except for the price .. i would not recommend .. at a slightly higher price i am sure you can get better accommodation ...

Cons: I did not enjoy the breakfast at all. There was always a shortage of food. The selection was very poor. It was not replenished sufficiently. The staff at the breakfast were extremely ignorant when asked to refill the food. I waited 15 minutes for hard boiled eggs that were cold. The lack of bread was constant. I would not recommend this hotel breakfast to anyone looking for a variety and constant fresh refills at breakfast.

Pros: The hotel located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. I stayed there during the weekend and it was raining the whole time. But staying in this hotel made the whole bukit bintang area experience very easy and convenient; even though it was raining the whole time. It is because the location connected to the major shops and only a short walk everywhere. Though the lobby seems very old and gloomy, but surprisingly the hotel room was quite modern and convenient. The pillow was just amazing. I like how spacious the room is; very unlike new hotels with shoe box room that made you feel claustrophobic. Grand Millennium hotel room size is very decent and lets you feel the luxury of traveling. staff on the check in was efficient and welcoming. Could be better for a 5 star hotel; it was nice but nothing extra. overall, it was a value for money in Bukin Bintang area. Would come and stay here again.

Pros: Review for overall- the check in is quite smooth..the room is superb and love the city view... the location is very convenient as it located nearby golden triangle KL... the room is so clean... check out is very smooth - I forgot the name of FOA that check us out but he is a malay guy and he do communicate and create conversation with us, a good staff example for the hotel... and of course I will stay here again...one of my fav hotel and will added in my hotel list now...
Cons: I have no comment with the facilities and the room but during check in the front office assistant make us wait quite sometime meanwhile she was busy answering the phone and when I give them a smile their face is sour.. well I know your work is tiring but there is no harm by smiling to your in house guest... I also been working with customer service line for almost 24 years but I never show a sour face to my guest... Need to brush up on this matter...

Pros: The staff, and the people really, were absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful. I did not have a stress in the world because I knew they were there and willing to help when needed.
