Pros: Location was perfect
Cons: The room was insanely small, the facility was old and a shared bathroom was a bit of an issue.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and pleasant room. Breakfast was nice too.
Cons: No - everything was very nice.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very nice; and concerned for me when I was later than I had hoped to get there. He helped me get my luggage up a very steep and tall staircase. There was tea in the room and a fridge and microwave.
Cons: The bed had a very sloping edge so was uncomfortable. and the shower was not hot, but the staff said that was new.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Concierge-like service, clean, and can’t beat location and bikes.
Cons: All good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the hotel overall... Beautiful room furnishings, even though very small and cramped when the bed was down. (it was a Murphy bed situation). But overall, the stay was nice, friendly staff at Check in and out. Comfy room, great city view, hot shower, mini kitchen fully stocked... Just a great place to stay!
Cons: Room was a teeeeeny bit small... Quaint, but small
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Charming, more like home than a corporate hotel. Comfort, quiet, peace and kind staff who are friendly and helpful. This was a perfect fit for me. Located close to malls, and easy to get to a beach and they include a bike with the reservation.
Cons: If a person was looking for a corporate hotel, not a good fit. This is one of a kind!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was awesome!
10,0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing!!

7,1 Good
Pros: The Staff was accommodating and friendly
Cons: The Bed was nearly awful. It was a handicapped accessible room. Although I do not require this accommodation, It was hard to imagine someone that would require them, being easy for a handicapped person. The sink had no counter, so no place to put the toiletries that was convenient. There was box shelving, but again IF someone had been wheelchair bound, there would be no way for them to reach the hairdryer. There would be no way they could shower, it was a tub. It was better than nothing, but that is not saying too much.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect for what I needed. I was unable to have breakfast.
Cons: There was not one thing I did not like about the facility. I was happy with my stay
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how clean it was and how nice and understanding the staff was
Cons: I did not like that i had to pay extra for the parking and for an extra person
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Really Great breakfast! They accommodated parking for my big suburban with the rocket box on top. Parking is an extra $20 per night per car which was a bummer. Staff was helpful and happy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Central location to the best areas of Long Beach
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet potatoes where the best... Yummmo
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds. Good workout room and ok breafast . Nice staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and nice staff
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The gals that checked us in were friendly and knowledgable. The breakfast was above what is a continental breakfast! Eggs, bacon, bagels, and the awesome BW waffle maker!!! The bed was not too soft, not too hard...it was just right. Glad to have the black out curtains. Good water pressure.
Cons: Had to pay extra for parking but heard that was the norm around here. I would have liked green tea at breakfast. The potatoes were not fried. The vent in the bathroom so loud, but maybe nothing can be done about that because it is structural.
7,5 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds, clean rooms, large room comfortable for a family of 4. AC worked great, close to several restaurants in walking distance. Safe neighborhood
Cons: Underground parking lot, and only one elevator caused long wait times as so many guests were trying to get to their rooms. Check in was 3:00 several guests were trying to check in and only one front desk clerk caused long wait time to get checked in. She asked for help, and who I assume was the manager told her he was busy putting breakfast supplies away, and left the room. Front desk clerk seemed a bit overwhelmed with so many guests waiting to check in.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Definitely location + cleanliness. The room was nothing special for its price.
Cons: Over $'--- for one night is steep, but it was last minute and the location was convenient

Pros: My husband ordered the bkft. burrito, he had to return it because it was served very cold, and another customer did the same, apparently, the waitress said their mini oven wasn't working right, so my husband changed his order to the same as what i ordered.
Cons: The day we got there, we couldnt sleep bcoz there was a loud banging downstairs, sounded like double doors flapping and that was in the afternoon while we were trying to nap, when we got back at night we also couldnt deny the fact that upstairs there was also lot of noise, sounded more like kids running around

We didn’t even use the restaurant services and even if anyone does; Why would you charge extra when people are paying to use it? That doesn’t make sense.

Pros: Patio
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great views! Nice room, comfortable bed, and very clean,
Cons: All of the plastic and non reusable or recyclable dishes and silverware at the breakfast buffet. Why don’t you use real dishes and wash them? It is awful how much waste is created at hotel breakfasts. Why don’t you be a leader and change the course on this?

Cons: The Staff was personable and very patient with my 4 year old!!!
10,0 Excellent

Pros: This could be a nice hotel stay. If you are lucky with the room.
Cons: Constant annoying sounds in the room. Told staff about it. They did not fix the problem and also did not suggest a different solution. The worst night in all of our trip. Ironically also the most expensive one.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The moment we walked in the room and seen the view, it was amazing! Especially at night. My fiancée was very pleased as we came for her birthday. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were cleaned really well! The staff that was working did such a fantastic job! Gave us all the information we needed to stay comfortably here. We were really pleased to discover that the local free bus stopped outside the hotel and we used that to get around. The pool looked nice enough, but we didn’t have time to use it. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: I booked the room for my 93 y/o mother, Dolores Jacinto. She LOVED her stay, the room, the morning continental breakfast, especially the wine tasting! Norman and Tracy were so kind and solicitous of her safety and comfort. I mentioned that my mom is VERY hard of hearing, and I asked if there was an emergency, would one of the staff check on my mom, and help her out. No problem, Norman added a note to her registration to be sure someone check her room if an emergency. Tracy actually waited for my mom at the door one evening when my mom was out, so that she wouldn’t have to fumble with her card key outside, at 9:30, past closing. I will unhesitatingly recommend this establishment to anyone. And if my mom approved it, that’s good enough for me. The entire staff is excellent. Kudos to Norman and Tracy, they are gems.
Cons: My mom and I have no, nada, zero dislikes. We loved everything,
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Location was very near all the action of Downtown Long Beach.
Cons: The walls and ceiling/floor were very thin. I could easily hear people walking in the hallways, the conversation in the adjoining rooms, and the footsteps of the person roomed above me. Some not so ideal characters near the hotel.
6,7 Good
Pros: staff particularly Norman, were welcoming and nice; happy hour had some appeal, provided some cheer and a chance to 'mingle' with fellow guests
Cons: Our room was 'squishy', with bed against wall, just a double and uncomfortable, really there was very limited space within the room, no fridge which wasn't great given the hot weather' breakfast very minimal, with no tables, just one 'community' bench for all really disappointing all up, happy hour was ok, provided some cheers hotel was built in the 1930s and is quite historical, this had some appeal, but really its comfort level was below par, I am sorry to say
6,7 Good
Pros: Location is good.
Cons: It's an old building with old building smells...it takes a lot of airfeshner to hide old building smell; they try.
6,7 Good
Pros: My room had two windows. The AC worked
Cons: Pillows a bit flat. Mattress a bit tired. A few hooks for hanging things would’ve come in handy

Pros: It was quaint and cool. Liked the historical yet artistic vibe. Great location. The staff was excellent.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and easy to anything Long Beach ska LBZz

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Just the right amount of healthy choices. Oatmeal, orange juice, milk, fresh fruit. All anyone needs for a breakfast that will be immediately filled when one leaves the room!
Cons: An elevator and a bathtub. My partner just had cancer surgery 4 months ago and I am still recuperating from a failed back surgery. Showers are impossible for me

Pros: The room was clean and attractive, and the restaurant food was good.
Cons: I received a message from the BonVoy app at 10am in the morning saying my room was ready. When I arrived at 1pm, the front desk staff told me my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait a few hours. Ridiculous! They weren't even apologetic. I was told I'd receive a text message when the room was ready. At 5pm, I still hadn't received a text message but returned to the hotel to demand a room be assigned to me. I was told that the room had been ready for a while (?!?!). When I told them I didn't get a text message and reminded them that I had effectively waited seven hours for my room to be readied, they were again unapologetic and merely assigned me a room.
