Pros (+) Rooms were clean and convienent location to cruise terminal.
Cons (-) Management says they are still getting used tonew operations. Complimentary breakfast cost $30 for two. Slow service. Staff having trouble keeping up w demand.

Pros (+) Comfortable and attractive room. store with snacks and drinks. Private underground parking garage.
Cons (-) Pay for parking ($10/night) and expensive deposit ($100). Neighborhood is kinda ghetto but you don't feel that way once you're inside the hotel.

Pros (+) Location...so glad I chose to stay downtown instead of an airport hotel. Close to water, great restaurants, nightlife etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Comfy bed. Keurig in room.

Pros (+) The staff was nice to move myself and my family from room to another, due to neighbors smoking weed on a nonsmoking floor.
Cons (-) Both floors I stayed on happened to smell tank of weed despite being on a non smoking floor
