Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events, the cruise port, and local attractions. Many found the staff friendly and accommodating, with some positive experiences regarding customer service and amenities like refreshments in the lobby. However, several guests reported significant issues with elevator outages, parking difficulties, and accessibility for disabled guests. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few noted room maintenance problems. Overall, while the location and some service aspects stood out, operational and facility issues detracted from the experience for many.

I just want to commend the staff of this hotel. We go on a lot of vacations and have stayed in numerous hotels from budget to luxury and this hotel truly stands out because of the staff.. and that’s rare nowadays. You could tell the employees are happy to serve their clients and they will go above and beyond. Alex was really awesome (and so is their shuttle service!!). Rafael and the other guys fr...

Poor

Pool area is very small, pool was small and is only 3’ deep. Calling from your room: they’re trying out a “virtual assistant” that does not work well, I called and pressed the valet button, then the virtual assistant asks what I want to do, I say valet and it can’t connect, same thing happened when I call for more towels, room service and when I called the front desk. Extremely annoying and redund...

Very good

Pros (+) The hotel itself was great. Clean and well kept! The room designs are modern and crisp & the staff was nice enough as well.
Cons (-) Parking was a nightmare. The hotel shares a parking structure with the World Trade Center business area and you are unable to enter the garage past midnight and valet was nowhere to be seen when we got back to the hotel around 1:00 AM. With so many destinations like Disneyland not too far away that are often open past midnight it was a bit odd that you were out of luck come that time of night.
