Pros (+) Key stopped working after first use. Battery in key lock needed to be changed. The heating/air conditioning had a mind of its own...kept us up all night. Room needs updating.

Cons (-) The stay was the worst experience I have ever had. The hot tub was very dirty. It had sand in it. Who knows when the last time it was cleaned. The pool was dirty as well. There was bottle caps in the room which tells me the room was not clean properly. My husband has been a Hilton honors member since 2012.
