Our stay was perfect other than the fact that we paid for breakfast at the Market. Then we looked down to see that there was a complimentary continental breakfast below us. I feel like it was hidden for that reason.

Pros (+) The hotel’s location.
Cons (-) 1.The room. We got one with the ocean view but thought it would look nicer . 2. Better cleaning services. We stayed there for 3 nights , 1st night the shower was clogged so we called the front desk no issue. They cleaned the room once during our stay and no we did not have the privacy notice hanging on the door . We just asked for more towels from the cleaning staff not a problem.

Pros (+) one of the most amazing experience to stay at the host hotel for the long beach marathon. the hotel made sure that the guests who stayed at the hotel who participated in the events will receive a mini brown bag w/ goodies for the race.

Pros (+) Everything was nice, nice staff and very convenient to everything.
Cons (-) The bathrooms were dirty and the shower absolutely was the worst one I've ever encountered.

Pros (+) The "Check In" staff was wonderful, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and I will mostly likely stay here again when I visit Long Beach, CA. The hotel is in a great location prior to cruising and/or enjoying the beach.
Cons (-) Even though my parking fee was waived, I hope free parking becomes a standard practice.
