Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and friendly, helpful service, especially from the front desk and restaurant staff. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the spacious rooms and beautiful lobby. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, stained linens, and lingering odors. Some guests also experienced problems with room readiness at check-in, bathroom maintenance, and unexpected fees. Overall, while the hotel stands out for its service and location, improvements in cleanliness and organization are needed.

Christopher, Jul 2019
Pros (+) The room was clean and attractive, and the restaurant food was good.
Cons (-) I received a message from the BonVoy app at 10am in the morning saying my room was ready. When I arrived at 1pm, the front desk staff told me my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait a few hours. Ridiculous! They weren't even apologetic. I was told I'd receive a text message when the room was ready. At 5pm, I still hadn't received a text message but returned to the hotel to demand a room be assig...

Pros (+) Staff was really friendly, the room was recently remodeled and nice.
Cons (-) The lobby and entrance was all under construction. Self parking was more expensive than Vegas. Newly remodeled rooms smelled of paint and fresh carpet made it difficult to sleep.

Pros (+) Went through Kayak to purchase this room. Kayak seemed to think it was a 4 star. It is it not a four star, 2.5 to 3. Took 25 minutes to check in with only one person in line ahead of me, mold in the shower, shower was over all dirty and old, room was stuffy the whole time I was there, parking was 26.00, which is NOT advertised, found out when I got there, Internet was 14.95, which I was advised of...
Cons (-) Hmmmm... Large bath towels
