Pros: When I told the girl at check in that my family had checked in she gave me a room next to them! I appreciated that for sure!,
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Room was super clean and bed very comfortable. We checked in early and our room was not yet ready, but they were kind enough to give us a different room which was a kind of a downgrade, but we gladly accepted it as all we wanted was to go to sleep, after a night flight.
Cons: This comment is for Travelocity’s attention: the hotel would not recognize my Accor Hotel membership and would not credit my Accor account for this stay. Neither were they willing to give us access to the Club which is a courtesy they normally give Accor members. All of this was because we did not book directly with Accor, rather through Travelocity. We understand that this is Accor’s policy and not Travelocity’s fault, but, if you want to keep us as customer, can’t you work with the hotel chain to remedy this shortcoming?

Petersham Hotel - Richmond (Greater London) - Bedroom

R3 037+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Petersham Hotel in Richmond (Richmond-upon-Thames), you'll be a 4-minute drive from Twickenham Stadium and 5 minutes from Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculate
Cons: The room was a but warm
7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel was beautiful. I asked for connecting rooms and I received a phone call from them before we checked confirming the connecting rooms. I really appreciated that. The rooms were clean, with gorgeous interiors. Bathrooms spacious and modern. The service was efficient, friendly. I love the hotel set up, location, rooms, interiors and views.
Cons: The biggest problem that makes me not happy with our stay was that we found two hairs in our breakfast. One in the bowl of fruit and a longer, thicker one in the baked beans. It was really gross to say the least. I would not have expected that to happen at such an elegant hotel. And therefore I would hesitate to stay there again. They did profusely apologise and offer to replace the food but by this time we were turned off the food and it was an unfortunate and off putting end to our otherwise, enjoyable stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: They were the most wonderful hotel I’ve ever stayed in- they let us check in early and upgraded us to the premiere suite! I’ve never been treated so much like a queen. They far exceeded every hope and I am telling everyone I know to book with them in the future. It was the perfect place- gorgeous setting, excellent staff, incredible service, exquisite dining, and impeccable rooms. I’d stay forever if I could!
Cons: Nothing to dislike! It was a fairytale; thank you for every kindness!
7,5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, though quite expensive. Location good with nice views. Staff helpful and attentive. Easy to find, and good on-site parking.
Cons: Public areas far superior in decor/presentation to private bedroom, which was basic. No air conditioning. Cleaner came in very early (before 9am) to clean room, which delayed us using the room again upon our return from breakfast. Expensive breakfast.
5,5 Okay
Pros: The location was excellent and the hotel decor was good and in keeping
Cons: No air con and no real opening window very small room for the price Hotel Bar very expensive
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Charming historic hotel with an air of elegance and calm. The public areas were beautifully furnished and the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet despite sleeping with the windows open. Great to breathe fresh air so close to central London thanks to the surrounding trees and meadows of Richmond Hill. Useful to be able to leave our car in the car park and use public transport around London.
Cons: It was all good.
4,5 Okay
Pros: Only the location
Cons: The room was dirty (dust and dirty cup) and the bathroom ceiling was cracked and bits of paint were on the floor.Bathroom's light was also falling down.At the reception we asked to speak to the manager but the receptionist and bellboy told us they were in charge and that we should talk to them. They apologised for the state of the room but no service recovery whatsoever....not even a coffee was offered!! We will definitely not recommend this hotel to friends or family and will not visit again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and surroundings with helpful and friendly staff.
6,8 Good
Pros: We loved the location and the friendly and helpful reception and bar staff. The room and bathroom were very clean. The building is very impressive from the outside and has a nice interior when you come in. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The room was ok, we were on the top floor (under the roof) and it was a bit small and got stuffy quickly. Interior was a little dated. Shower didn’t have very good water pressure. The bar interior also looked a little dated and worn. The breakfast is a hefty £18,00, a coffee is 5£. We would have been happier if the breakfast was included as we felt that 172,00£ (booked about 3 months in advance) for that room was a pretty high price to pay for a 2 night stay.

Pros: Great location, great staff , lovely place , will definitely return Overall our stay was amazing
Cons: Nothing not to like
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This place is an absolute gem and is located in a prime central location
Cons: The breakfast was very disappointing just a few pieces of unpeeled fruit, granola, a few cereals, one yoghurt, one type of bread, croissant and crumpet and only strawberry jam. Would like to have seen various breads, jams, marmelade, cheeses, cold meats and a fresh fruit salad.
6,8 Good
Pros: The hotel didn't honour the booking charged us more .
Cons: The hotel didn't honour the booking charged us more .
7,5 Good
Pros: Excellent location - handy for town but suitably quiet Lovely outlook across gardens and river. Attractive décor in room and public areas and very clean.
Cons: Restaurant poor value. Breakfast (continental) was overpriced and not well stocked - even relatively early no croissants available and would have been 15 minute delay to acquire more..!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Next to river
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent quality and choice.
Cons: In room internet and digital radio were not working, and television was only partially working.
6,8 Good
Pros: Great location, super staff Rooms are good, great shower
Cons: 1) Being refurbished outside, no comments on website to inform you Had a painter outside my bedroom window in the morning Not an issue to reburb, however should let customers know 2) a/c in the room very noisy 3) Hotel advertised as b&b, but fro anything cooked it’s an extra price, which is just wrong!
6,8 Good
Pros: Lovely view over garden to the river. Breakfast was very good, if a bit slow.
Cons: Very noisy plumbing. Sounded like someone playing the drums. Very irritating. Made for a short night. Advise asking for a room at top of hotel to avoid noise coming up from the bar.
5,5 Okay
Pros: It was average
Cons: The staff - booking in staff unhelpful, waiters in thyme restaurant not courteous, forgot our drinks order, after repeatedly asking it took 20 mins to bring ice and water to table, wine arrived after we had finished our meal, waiters had a clear hygiene issue - very smelly, at breakfast no cups for coffee left
7,0 Good
Pros: Excellent staff and cable offerings.
Cons: Room was plain and reflects managment's desire to economize.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and quite big. The restaurant, cafe and bar were excellent. Good choice snacks and meals at a reasonable price.
Cons: Getting there. The sat Nav took us to the wrong hotel. Even though we had put both the address and post code in. It took us over an hour to do what should have been a 15 minute journey, back tracking through busy London traffic. It was very frustrating The airport transfer costs were way too high considering the short distance to the terminal
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast excellent range and value for money.
Cons: Nothing.
4,3 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: The meal was very disappointing as I was unable to cut the steak as it was so sinewy. There were no tissues or face cloth in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was very slow and I could not connect until the next morning. Not somewhere we will be returning to.
4,5 Okay
Cons: The food was very poor. Staff hung up phone.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: I arrived 5 minutes before the kitchen closed, and everyone there was so sweet. Very, very kind staff. And the accommodations were way better than I was expecting. It was a very comfortable room.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: It was hard to find the stairs.
6,8 Good
Pros: Didn't purchase the breakfast this time, but have in the past at other locations. Was a good typical English breakfast with all the trimmings.
Cons: If you book here, tell them you want a room close to the lift. This is a massive look-a-like in every direction hotel. It was easy to get lost down the halls that all look the same, and we had a hard time finding the lift! Had to ask a maid for directions!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great! Shuttle bus driver to airport was able to drop us at Hatton Cross tube station which was AMAZING for us!
Cons: The neighborhood is ok but you have no control over that.
6,8 Good
Pros: Quick check in and close to airport.
Cons: No hair cream or body cream, enough towels (only for 2 people when we were 4), no adapters or USB outlets to charge your phone when traveling,

5,0 Okay
Pros: I liked the location, it’s so close to Heathrow airport. I was able to use a free bus service also.
Cons: I checked in very late in the evening, very tired, check-in was quick and easy but once in my room it was not up to scratch. After unpacking I went to take a shower, the first towel I opened had long brown hair in it as did the area around the taps & sink but the most unpleasant view was of the shower tray. Because of (guessing) non-slip surface used, it looked like it was covered in grey/black mould. Showed reception staff picture evidence, they apologised & comped my parking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a new, modern, comfortable hotel at Heathrow. It has every amenity you need for a short airport stay. I highly recommend it, especially for the price!
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, spacious room, comfy bed. Super convenient to LHR (5 min drive to terminal 3). Parking was £15 for a day but you can come and go as you please. Zero airplane noise inside.
Cons: Had hoped to be where we could see planes take off but only saw the parking lot.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Great service in the bar - really friendly and very professional Lovely clean room - well designed and comfortable furniture - Amazing towels! Hotel Hoppa was a godsend!

Cons: Inconsistent and confusing extra bed policy. Overall the hotel proves to be very difficult when trying to accommodate 2 children in a room.
7,0 Good
Pros: Room was comfy
Cons: I booked the room for my niece, when she came down for breakfast there was a very poor selection for vegans and therefore she did not have it
8,3 Excellent
Pros: the view of the planes
6,8 Good
Cons: Transportation from the airport at night too sketchy, not on time, not following timetable
7,5 Good
Pros: Easy access to airport with free shuttle
7,0 Good
Pros: Beds were comfy. Bathroom was nice. Heated mirror was handy after a shower.
Cons: The WiFi did not work/was non existent. The room was a long walk from the reception which deterred me from asking for assistance.

Pros: Quite and air con.
Cons: Having to pay for parking.
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice and clean room. 10-15 minutes from Heathrow.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Good location, bit busy traffic wise but expected as it is near Heathrow, staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: Restaurant was either short staffed or it was poor service as it took ages to be served and this subsequently impacted when you received your order. Quality of food is not even at Pub food quality for the price charged. Also air con in room thought it was a plane at Heathrow :)
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We were picking our son up from early flight into Heathrow and this hotel was so handy for that.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: V friendly and helpful
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and clean room. There was little noise from surrounding rooms, which meant it was quiet and therefore no disturbances during the night. This may have been because the room was at the end of a corridor, so no people passing by the door.
Cons: Only niggle was the car park. Parking bays a little narrow and it seemed to be short of a handful of bays. A few cars and vans therefore parked where they could. It made the car park slightly congested in a couple of spots. Pillows were slightly thin for me.
1,0 Poor
Cons: I booked a TWIN room for two male guest but we were given a DOUBLE bed room.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: I booked a twin and after some confusion the satff was very good at finding a room.
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was excellent and few more varieties available. Location was near to the air port . 5-10 min by taxi. Staff was help full and friendly. They help us to keep our luggage with them after check-out until evening. It was great help to us.
Cons: There is no any supermarket/groceries near by. Also there is no any Tube station with in the walking distance.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The dining room staff and the service was excellent. Access to room and the intimacy and quietness of the Inn.
Cons: The reception staff were efficient but not friendly as I have known them in the past. The hotel badly needs re-furbishing and it looks very tired indeed so I was quite disappointed that this has been allowed to happen.
6,3 Good
Pros: bed was comfortable, bathroom was well kept.
Cons: Paying for parking at £7 per night, small storage space considering it was a family room. Most of the food items for breakfast ran out quickly and the eating area is small. Some food options now even available. Room stunk of urine near the window but we couldnt work out why.

Pros: Very comfortable, excellent value for money. Good breakfast
Cons: We couldn't fit a cot in our room. Also, the room was a little noisy, due to the adjacent fire door slamming when other guests used the corridor
5,1 Okay
Pros: The hotel is well located at the top of Richmond Hill with easy access to Richmond Park for walks, and great views over the River Thames. My trip was to stay over following a company Christmas Party. The party was well organised, the food adequate, and we all had a good time. The hotel was quiet inside. Most hotels I stay in, from about 6am, you can hear doors banging - I didn't hear anything in my room. The room had fast, free Wifi, with no "big brother is watching you" warnings (although I am sure they are monitoring your use of the internet).
Cons: The hotel is expensive - over £100 for a single room with a single bed. My colleague described his room as the "smallest hotel room in the world" and mine was the same. I would estimate the room was no more than 2.1m wide x 3.5m long. The car park is an additional charge (£8 for the night) yet the hotel is not located anywhere near public transport, so a car is mandatory and should be included in the price. The car parking charge is used to deter hotel booking companies - they are clear that, if you book direct, then you don't pay for the parking, but I doubt this is better value than using Kayak. The room temperature was set at 26 degrees, but it was easy to reduce this to 23 degrees with the wall-mounted controller. The bathroom had a single shower cubicle, sink and toilet. There was no towel rail (the towels were on the windowsill). The shower was adequate on maximum temperature. Certainly not hot. On the day of departure, my bill was presented with a cheeky £1 "charity donation" but no mention of which charity. I asked for this to be removed and it was. Maybe the hotel could donate the parking charge to charity? Finally, the hotel would not provide me with a VAT invoice for the room cost as this had been booked through Kayak.

9,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean, and very quiet despite is being right next to the flight path of planes coming in to land every two minutes - but the sound-proofing was so good, we couldn't hear them. Bar nice, restaurant very good. The Hotel Hoppa bus picks up and drops off for convenient transfer to and from Heathrow. Coffee excellent.
Cons: Beds were a little on the small side.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great comfy beds and friendly staff
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to airport, friendly staff, cleanliness
Cons: Should provide shuttle service to airport and usb charging ports in rooms (besides tv which has to be left on to charge). I searched for hotels with free breakfast but when I checked in was told it had not been included.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and clean with all the facilities we needed.
Cons: My only criticism is the state of the headboards (room 610) which were scratched and could have done with being renewed.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were so comfortable and breakfast outstanding!
Cons: Air conditioning could be better, had to get a fan for our room. Did not like that A/C went off automatically, Woke up hot in middle of night and had to get up and turn A/C back on
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast. Walkable to a good English pub. Extremely clean and quiet, despite proximity to airport. Overnighting here is a great choice to break up the legs of a very long flight (e.g., Middle East to North America). Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: It's ridiculous that the Hoppa bus costs 9 pounds per person to get from the airport (round trip). From the ground floor, the elevators need your room card to function, and they would read our room card only sporadically. Hair dryer was broken.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good choices for breakfast. Location so good after a long flight and ease to get to Underground from the hotel. One of the staff took the time to walk us to the road to point out where the Underground station was - a brief 5 minute flat walk.
Cons: Outside, the noise of aircraft overhead but not inside!!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: A special mention for the staff.... both check in staff and restaurant staff were superb, helpful, friendly and attentive but without being overbearing. Made to feel a valued customer even though it was a one night stay.
Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice breakfast friendly staff good facilities
10,0 Excellent
Pros: as we were there to plane spot we find this ideal for the area to do this - hotel is lovely very nice staff it was busy but didn't queue long to check in an out or at the bar - room big considering it had 2 doubles in it nothing near it though no pubs or shops - it has a small shop inside for essentials and snacks we ate in the restaurant and food good - breakfast great lots of choice - would stay again
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Considering it is next to the airport, I could not hear a thing, very quiet. Comfortable bed and clean room. Food very nice
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good for an airport hotel.
Cons: A bit of an expensive cab ride if you get in after the hotel hopper bus stops running for the night.

4,0 Okay
Pros: I enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. We also have a very good dinner in the lounge.
Cons: Unfortunately, we had no idea that there are renovations happening. Our room was NOT up to par at all. Our toilet didn't flush, the walls were shackled with no finish, and it was just a mess in general.

Pros: Plenty of facilities; restaurants, gym, spa and shop. However we chose the hotel for its locationa nd the shuttle service. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Thought the internet was poorly priced, i.e. too expensive.
6,8 Good
Pros: Very nice hotel, and served my purpose well as an overnight stay to be close to Heathrow for an early morning flight back to the States.Nice and quiet, even though it is so close to Heathrow.
Cons: Don't know who's fault, but when I arrived, hotel had no record of my reservation. a little scarey, as I was being dropped off by my parents, after a 5 hour drive from South Wales, before my flight the next day, back to the us. After probably 15 minutes, the receptionist made a new reservation, and all was well. The other thing that was not good, was that I did not get my 6am wake up call, which could've made for a bad situation, as I was catching a plane! Also, it was not easy to get to off the M4...got lost and ended up on the m25!!
5,2 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Had to wait for check in, had no record of room with breakfast booked over the internet but found booking was in first name. good job I printer copy to show.
6,0 Good
Pros: Clezan, mostly quite quiet, ideally located for Heathrow / m25
Cons: For the second time in succession it took nearly an hour to check in as the Active Hotels Booking had not been received by the hotel. Required phonce calls to Active Hotels to resolve. Not what you need at 7pm at night after a long flight etc etc.
6,0 Good
Pros:
Cons: Early check in after a long haul flight was not possible
6,0 Good
Pros: Hotel staff generally good. Room ok, but sink drain a bit slow!
Cons: Hotel could not find my booking on the system at all - I.E. no record of the Active Hotels booking. So check-in took nearly 20 minutes whilst we sorted out a new booking.

Pros: Close to Heathrow and that's about all this hotel has going for it.
Cons: Appalling food. Other diners were complaining the night I was there. Ordered a caesar salad and it came with greens (not lettuce) and salad cream as the dressing. Room was awful, very dated and worst bathroom I've seen in a hotel for a long time.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Large spacious room Lovely dinnerVery polite and accommodating staff
Cons: Buffet breakfast was average Abit confused about directions to catch shuttle to airport Across the road proabably needed abit more explanation
7,5 Good
Pros: The room - Nice! High ceilings, contemporary, spacious and very clean. Lighting is adequate, especially the low level lighting if your wanted to create a romantic mood. (The window was quite small and therefore natural light wasn't the best. It was also on the ground floor so i was inclined to close my curtains sooner for privacy). Shower - a waterfall shower was great, refreshing and just what I needed.
Cons: On the face of things - the hotel is situated right next door to an immigration detention centre. the car park is rundown and the side of the building could do with a lick of paint; the front facia however is lovely and welcoming Check-in - whilst there seemed to be adequate staff working at the desks, they seemed very pre-occupied with other tasks and proceeded to serve others before me, even though i waited in queue patiently. Bar - I stopped by the bar for a night-cap just after midnight. The bar was supposed to close at 01.00am as it was a weekend stay; there were no staff present to serve at the bar. When I asked reception if somebody could serve, I was told it was now to be room service only, and that I would need to pay extra for the service. Night - My room was on the Ground Floor and was clean, nice, very contemporary and had everything you would need. The downside - this hotel has a large banqueting hall, ideal for weddings. Aside from the shortage of staff due to the event, I found it was very difficult to get to sleep as there was loud music being played until approx. 02.00am; the fallout of wedding guests then staying at the hotel were completely dismissive of other guests; I particularly felt for those who has flights to catch the next day. Check-out - as a flight from Tokyo has just arrived, I opted for express check-out!
6,0 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and there was a mini fridge in the room. Room was very spacious
Cons: There were no washcloths or bar soap in the bathroom.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Very nice clean comfortable rooms!
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location was good as I was transiting through Heathrow. Less than 10mins drive from terminal 3 and returning back through terminal 5 was very quick.
Cons: It’s an old hotel, washroom smells, poor lounge service and not very good breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and comfortable bed.
Cons: High car parking charge.

Pros: i Had a complaint about being ignored by the restaurant asking for an itemized bill after I had left but Emma kept her promise and helped us get that bill
Cons: The web said free hotel shuttle which was not the case and we were unprepared to get our money ready to pay the shuttle from the airport to hotel
5,8 Okay
Pros: quick check-out
Cons: check-in took too long
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The attitude and helpfulness of the staff was superb: reception, bar, restaurant, cleanets-all. Very good team indeed.
Cons: Gym very basic for a hotel this size.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Complimentary cookie (delicious one at that).Size of room.Availability and friendliness of staff. Airport shuttle, although this should be free, but this is not hotel's fault.4 star at this price is really good value. Third time staying in this hotel and this is still my go-to hotel for Heathrow Airport.
Cons: Non-detachable shower head (this does seem standard in London) and super low water pressure from both shower and bathroom taps.Having to request a toothbrush; this should really be provided in the room to begin with.Overpriced room service menu:20 pounds for a curry + a tray charge of 5 pounds!? There are other options in the area such as Dominos but bit sparce and it feels like they are exploiting this a tad.
7,0 Good

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Personnel cheerful and professional, rapid. And the warm double chocolate chip cookie didn't hurt! (except maybe my waistline!)
Cons: Bathroom door slams shut. View of other windows ugly, you feel self-conscious as people can look in your room. Worst is location: you must take a paid shuttle, it doesn't accept credit card, so must exchange $ BACK in airport! Regular bus complicated.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very good and the staff was really hepful and nice. There is a restautant, where we had dinner, but the food wasn't very good, one of the orders came wrong and it's a little pricy. The breakfast was nornal English breakfast.

Pros: Good location, but car park has maintenance going on
Cons: Rude staff, not willing to help. Calling non stop 2mins after checkout time. And they were not willing to understand I require slightly bit more time as I had slipped in the bath tub. (No bath slip mat provided)

Overview Reviews
The Best Western Airlink Hotel London Heathrow is a short-haul from the departure lounge, and just as convenient for a stop-off after your return flight. Situated in the heart of Hayes City, we are within easy reach of many major towns and attractions, with both train and bus links less than a five minute walk from the hotel.
4,5 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly and the 24 hour reception was convenient. The bed was quite okay.
Cons: The hotel is very old fashioned and needs an renovation. The carpet floor was dirty, dusty and old. The curtains in the bathroom were insect nets and the windows didn't have any isolation at all. The worst was the bathroom which was dirty and we didn't expact to get a diaabled friendly room. So you had to kneel on the floor to reach the sink. The breakfast was advertised to be "good" but it was not worth the money. The continental breakfast was very sparse. The safe and several lights didn't work at all. The hotel was an alternative from booking.com and I would have been pretty mad to spend that much money for a four star hotel that's a three star hotel at best.

Pros: Good value for money. I wanted a reasonable stop off before heading to Heathrow (I drove there). Very large, comfortable room with quiet aircon, good shower and a fridge. I took a picnic and holed up with the telly for the evening.

9,3 Excellent
Pros: Varied menu and choices! Freshly cooked eggs! Good value! Front desk staff, Katherine and Merilyn, were fantastic! They went the extra mile for us, arranging taxis and answering all our questions. They even served us in the restaurant and the next day at breakfast! These ladies deserve a pay raise for wearing so many hats and still being friendly!
Cons: Room was a bit small and the carpet needed cleaning.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Just a good clean hotel and the girl on reception was fantastic
9,3 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed the neighborhood, as it was easily walkable, and a cheap ride to the airport. There was a nearby park for my daughter to play at. Lots of little stores, restaurants, and pubs to explore by foot. It was a great end to our London trip!
7,0 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable,
Cons: The room was freezing cold and very dark, there was black mould at the bottom of the show. £10 for parking, I didn't notice that on the paperwork.

Pros: Adverised as having airport shuttle whenI booked. Did not have. I showed them the printout. They should have compensated but didn't. "Airlink" hotel Ha, ha. Not even close to airport.

Pros: I have never experienced a friendlier staff. They were extremely polite and accommodating from start to finish. It is the perfect location for being near Heathrow, yet accessible to the City. All guests were friendly as well, due to a friendly atmosphere instilled by the owner and staff. We started with a booking for one night, but ended up staying for three.
5,8 Okay
Pros: For a one night stay near to Twickenham it was convenient and fairly priced at £66 including free parking. Breakfast was also included but we did not try this.
Cons: Reminded me of a cheap motel. The room was very small and shabby. There was a lot of noise during the night with people walking up and down the corridor outside and doors slamming.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The owners were extremely hospitable and accommodating. Location was great since we were there as a layover. The employees were all super helpful and kind!
Cons: Hmm the food was a bit bland but other than that, everything was good!

Pros: We left before breakfast. Location was close to perfect for our needs. Staff very helpful.
Cons: Room might have been better -- clean but a bit small. Being next to a passageway it was noisy so my wife didn't get much sleep.

Pros: Great value hotel with good travel links. Cosy room, comfy bed clean bathroom.
Cons: Breakfast was a welcome bonus when booking. However it wasn’t great quality. Not enough seating at breakfast and the ingredients were of poor quality. No real complaints though as you get what you pay for.

Pros: The staff were polite and helpful.
Cons: The internet never worked even though I was told they'd fix it. The bathroom was so tiny, it was actually 2feet by 6feet, so you imagine how difficult it was to change in or have a shower. The shower area was very dirty.
