Pros: The triple room arrangement with the bunk bed was really nice
Cons: My bed came without sheets and the bedding itself was quite dirty. The shower was also too small to move in and the door was see through - we had to go to other rooms to shower
7,0 Good
Pros: Compact, smartly designed rooms . Good air conditioning.
Cons: The heat outside meant that the air con dripped water into the room all through the night and I couldn't get myself to fall asleep . It settled on nights 2 and 3 however.

A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge at scheduled times, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: The hotel was crazy huge but not in a good way. Like, I felt like I was in a Hotel California or something. Maybe a few maps in the many hallways, corridors amd wings of the hotel would have been helpful
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We always enjoying staying at this hotel but the refurbished rooms are amazing, the beds are lovely. Hassan took care of everything, a credit to the hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
7,0 Good
Pros: It was easy to check in, find the room, and everything that we needed was availalbe in the room. Restaurant food and staff were excellent.
Cons: trying to figure out how the shuttle to the airport worked wasn't easy, we called down to the front desk atleast 5 times trying to sort it all out. But in the end it worked okay. They said that the shuttle driver would have change(cost 5 pounds) he didnt
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable but was not supplied hand towels for sink or cloth for body. The towel supply was disappointing. The blankets and bed were very comfortable
Cons: Lodging price was very reasonable but the bar prices seemed high and the 12% added gratitude charge was annoying since the rest of the country 10% was acceptable Was surprised that the Hoppa took so long snd that a taxi was £18 to the airport
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, clean and modern facility, perfect for what it is. If you have a trip in or out of LHR this is a great place to spend the night. I'm happy with the Leonardo brand and have found them to be consistently good in the multiple properties I've stayed at.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked how close we were to the airport and transport.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: It was very easy to find from the bust stop (right outside) and so accessible to the airport. My mother and I got room service because we were exhausted and the food was terribly delicious.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the airport With bus transportation
7,9 Good
Pros: Good location close to the airport. Easily reached by free bus to avoid the Hotel Hoppa charge. Go to Stand 19 at the Central Bus station and catch either the 105, 140, 111 or 285 bus. Get off 2 stops later at Sipson Way / Blunts Ave (Stop BC) and the hotel is clearly marked. It's a 200 yard level walk to reception.
Cons: Didn't like the 12% service charge at the bar. It took a pint of very ordinary Stella past the £5.50 mark. Then they have the nerve to ask for a gratuity at the bottom of the bill
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to terminal, beautiful room, quiet and comfortable
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the convenience of location.
Cons: No heat and bathroom needs to be updated.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Location, convenient for overnight stay between the flights
Cons: Reception agent took too long to check in, TV remote control didn’t operate, had to turn off TV, internet didn’t work in the morning, there was no connection. This is unacceptable for the price that I paid.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Location adjacent to Heathrow Terminal 5 is excellent.
Cons: Room we were allocated was at the end of a corridor where there was no lighting. We could not see the room number as it was too dark. On check in we were informed that breakfast was all room service due to the health restrictions and could be served at any time. At check in I filled in a form requesting breakfast at 05:00 to 05:15 and this was accepted. Next morning: no breakfast. Room service informed me that breakfast was not available before 06:00 as the chef started work at 05:30!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: So good close to the terminal and so quite , just what we needed.
Cons: Nothing
1,0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Despite several emails to hotel to know if they were indeed still open or if we could have early check-in-NO RESPONSE.due to covid19 breakfast was via rm service we filled out required forms and gave to reception at 3pm,the food never arrived and we had to get on our flight starving. The shower was only tepid and made a buzzing noise when tried to put it on full power.A woeful experience for a supposed 5star.disgusted.
5,0 Okay

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spotless, the beds amazingly comfortable and the breakfast couldn't have been better. The short walk to Heathrow was definitely a big plus.
Cons: We had such a short stay so didn't find anything to dislike and probably wouldn't have.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Gym and Spa was excellent. Obviously easy for plane flights just a gentle stroll, but it worked well for an event in central London also. Caught the last Heathrow Express train at 11.25 in my room by 11.55.

Cons: Thought the prices for food were high, so wandered over to T5 for a meal.

9,4 Excellent
Pros: Clean Close to Heathrow Good priced Great staff Lots of parking Ac works
Cons: Wish there was accessible usb charging outlets in the rooms for guests' phones and tablets. I'm guessing most guests are foreign so wouldn't be carrying a British style adapter. They sell them at the hotel in veding machines but charge 5.99 GBP for one!

4,0 Okay
Pros: The staff were friendly. The extended check out until 1pm for £15 was great!
Cons: Car Parking should have been free of charge for key workers. The vending machine doesnt accept Card payments. Rooms were not big enough for larger customers. Space was confined. Bathroom was filthy. Spiders and brown marks on the bed and bathroom. A table would be amazing in the room for basic amenties by the bed.

Pros: Great place for overnight stay
Cons: Just the people next door that i think used it as a short time room about 3am and very noisey private what they was doing

Pros: The room was clean, nice, and the service was spectacular. A great way to end our trip to London.
Cons: If it was a bit closer to the city, we would have stayed the entire time. BUT getting us closer to Heathrow was why we stayed there, so I guess it served an even greater purpose.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Early check-in, friendly staff
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The style and decor of the hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant has wonderful menu, delicious food. If I stay in London again, I likely to stay at the Blu Edwardian.
Cons: Our stay was just for the night, and there was a great deal of jet lag involved. The hotel has less available restaurants at latter hours unlike other airport hotels in other major cities.
6,0 Good
Cons: Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.
5,0 Okay
Cons: Having used the Edwardian many times over the years, although admittedly some years ago, I was very disappointed to see the downward trend that was evident in the hotel since then. The whole place presented as a shabby shadow of its former self. Corridor carpets especially did not look to have been cleaned for years and, despite being on a non smoking floor, there was a very strong smell of tobacco smoke evident in the room.

Cons: Ridiculously high meal prices.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport , plenty of activities and resteraunts inside hotel , staff accommodating
4,0 Okay
Pros: The proximity to LHR was acceptable...
Cons: The hotel was tired. The carpets were dirty and stained and looked as if you might pick up virus. There was only one person on reception for check in and out, for a significant number of rooms. The room doors seem to date back to the 80's. In fact on one room there was no internal security latch. There was dust on the shelves where the glasses were kept. The remote control for the TV had dirt embedded around the buttons. With Corona-Virus being the latest hot topic, it did not make one feel comfortable using the remote control..

Pros: I liked the fact that the beds felt like they were new. I think this is a must for a nice hotel to have a comfortable bed. Shuttle was perfect to and from the airport. 5 Ponds per adult and children free.
Cons: Nothing
6,0 Good
Pros: The staff was truly four star and better. The milk and cookie card for our son was above and beyond!
Cons: The air conditioner was not working in our room. There was a desk fan set up indicating it was known and therefore we could have been warned. The building was dated and the bathroom furnishings were either old or unclean. Three stars

Pros: Water in the rooms and the late night staff were great
Cons: I had to switch rooms 4 times because the first 3 nonsmoking rooms all smelled like smoking rooms. And they double charged my card.

Pros: Had an excellent rate for this Hotel. Location was perfect for the airport in the morning. Very very busy, lots of families, cabin crew going through. Used the great sized pool. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. A good hotel.
Cons: I thought some of the pool area did not smell great and I also did not like the way guest went form the steam room/sauna straight into the pool without showering. Otherwise a really nice sized pool open until late.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, excellent location to the airport and Uxbridge.
Cons: I recommend this hotel for transit travelers through Heathrow
7,0 Good
Pros: Exceptionally polite and helpful staff, and very comfortable room - as expected from CP.
Cons: I asked for a room close to an elevator as I had a lot of luggage and my room was at the end of a long corridor. As I got closer to my room the decor deteriorated (perhaps redecoration is ongoing), but once inside the room was just fie.

Pros: Honestly this is not Novotel quality - its a quick cheap reno on an older building to bring it up to somewhat normal standards but is far from what you would expect from a 4-star Novotel. It IS cheap and fine by all regards - but the staff and rooms are not trained nor renovated to a traditional Novotel standard.

Pros: Great location, close to airport and good views of airport and runway, Good breakfast.
Cons: Inconsistent and confusing extra bed policy. Overall the hotel proves to be very difficult when trying to accommodate 2 children in a room.
6,8 Good
Cons: We had a medical emergency forcing us to cancel stay with about 24 hours notice. Agent conceded system would not let them cancel full cost, but perhaps manager would. Manager was not in until Monday. Didn’t hear back. (Will change score if he messages me and explains my account was refunded.)

Cons: Transportation from the airport at night too sketchy, not on time, not following timetable

Pros: Bed was really comfy and a good single size.
Cons: Side dishes to evening meal were a little expensive
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff kindly provided a lovely gift to celebrate our anniversary!
Cons: The water in the room (despite saying sparkling on the label, was not). The seal was broken on the water bottles so we didn’t know if it was safe to drink!
5,1 Okay
Pros: The hotel is well located at the top of Richmond Hill with easy access to Richmond Park for walks, and great views over the River Thames. My trip was to stay over following a company Christmas Party. The party was well organised, the food adequate, and we all had a good time. The hotel was quiet inside. Most hotels I stay in, from about 6am, you can hear doors banging - I didn't hear anything in my room. The room had fast, free Wifi, with no "big brother is watching you" warnings (although I am sure they are monitoring your use of the internet).
Cons: The hotel is expensive - over £100 for a single room with a single bed. My colleague described his room as the "smallest hotel room in the world" and mine was the same. I would estimate the room was no more than 2.1m wide x 3.5m long. The car park is an additional charge (£8 for the night) yet the hotel is not located anywhere near public transport, so a car is mandatory and should be included in the price. The car parking charge is used to deter hotel booking companies - they are clear that, if you book direct, then you don't pay for the parking, but I doubt this is better value than using Kayak. The room temperature was set at 26 degrees, but it was easy to reduce this to 23 degrees with the wall-mounted controller. The bathroom had a single shower cubicle, sink and toilet. There was no towel rail (the towels were on the windowsill). The shower was adequate on maximum temperature. Certainly not hot. On the day of departure, my bill was presented with a cheeky £1 "charity donation" but no mention of which charity. I asked for this to be removed and it was. Maybe the hotel could donate the parking charge to charity? Finally, the hotel would not provide me with a VAT invoice for the room cost as this had been booked through Kayak.

Pros: I enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. We also have a very good dinner in the lounge.

Pros: Plenty of facilities; restaurants, gym, spa and shop. However we chose the hotel for its locationa nd the shuttle service. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Thought the internet was poorly priced, i.e. too expensive.
6,8 Good
Pros: Very nice hotel, and served my purpose well as an overnight stay to be close to Heathrow for an early morning flight back to the States.Nice and quiet, even though it is so close to Heathrow.
Cons: Don't know who's fault, but when I arrived, hotel had no record of my reservation. a little scarey, as I was being dropped off by my parents, after a 5 hour drive from South Wales, before my flight the next day, back to the us. After probably 15 minutes, the receptionist made a new reservation, and all was well. The other thing that was not good, was that I did not get my 6am wake up call, which could've made for a bad situation, as I was catching a plane! Also, it was not easy to get to off the M4...got lost and ended up on the m25!!

Pros:
Cons: Had to wait for check in, had no record of room with breakfast booked over the internet but found booking was in first name. good job I printer copy to show.
6,0 Good
Pros: Clezan, mostly quite quiet, ideally located for Heathrow / m25
Cons: For the second time in succession it took nearly an hour to check in as the Active Hotels Booking had not been received by the hotel. Required phonce calls to Active Hotels to resolve. Not what you need at 7pm at night after a long flight etc etc.
6,0 Good
Pros:
Cons: Early check in after a long haul flight was not possible
6,0 Good
Pros: Hotel staff generally good. Room ok, but sink drain a bit slow!
Cons: Hotel could not find my booking on the system at all - I.E. no record of the Active Hotels booking. So check-in took nearly 20 minutes whilst we sorted out a new booking.

Pros: This is boutique quality hotel with new amenities, at an amazingly low price. They do this, by offering small, but very nice, rooms with single beds.
Cons: Its about a 10-12 min walk from the Hounslow East Metro station (4 stops from Heathrow), which isn't actually that bad. Fare is 1.5£, taxi is 20£ or so. (Turn right when you exit Hounslow East.)

Pros: One of the best hotels ever lovely surprise in my club room with fruit, wine soft drinks collection, they also had all the toiletries you could need from shaver to mini toothpaste to a beauty pack with nail file! This will be my main hotel from now on
6,5 Good
Pros: The hotel is convenient for Heathrow, a short taxi ride away or there is the Hoppa bus service. There is a semi-decent restaurant on site and a bar too. The rooms are okay, if bit cramped (I was in a single room)
Cons: Habing prepaid the room, I was told they need to take a security imprint of my card which somehow led to me being double charged. Despite numerous phone calls and all the proof required, it has yet to be resolved.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and very posh hotel
Cons: Pay for parking

Pros: it looked nice on the surface.
Cons: everything was a little broken, toilet wouldn't flush, hairdryer wouldn't work, hole in the wall behind door, none of the buttons on the phone worked. I had to call down to ask about wifi, and to get the hair drier, and whatnot. All the staff sounded so aggitated.

Pros: Good bus link to airport
Cons: Not as close to terminal 5 as expected

Pros: The location to the airport, value for money, and breakfast quality was excellent.
Cons: The building is in need of some renovations. The hallway floor boards seem rotten beneath the carpet. The carpet is old and outdated.

Cons: The hotel is old and needs renovation
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and reasonable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast very good.
Cons: Breakfast should be included in the price.
4,0 Okay
Pros: For GBP 99,00, I expected more than this. It is a 'motel style', I had higher expections before arrival. It is an old Conference Center, close to Heathrow. And that is all.
Cons: The stay was OK for one night, but I will not recommend to stay on such property for a longer period. The general service was on an acceptable level, but the fact that they changed billing my stay from GBP to NOK after I left is something I don't like. We could have solved it there and then.
7,0 Good
Pros: It’s very close to terminal 5 and well connected with Heatrow Pod line.
Cons: The bathroom was fresh painted and it didn’t have windows so the smell was so strong and unpleasant. I arrived late and i had early flight so I couldn’t ask to change my room.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: Mice or rats in the bar area.
5,1 Okay
Pros: Room service was tasty
Cons: Presence of a lift, removal of false advertising this is anywhere close to Heathrow T5, better promotion of free 423 bus route instead of £5 pod they likely earn commission from, bigger bathroom than a shoebox.
9,0 Excellent
Cons: A minor issue - no lift to first floor but staff offered to carry the luggage
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required for a one night stay. A meal can be had at the 2nd floor restaurant until midnight and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection. Getting there from terminal is easy and economical if you know how.
Cons: Getting to the hotel by the POD parking autonomous vehicle system is fast and easy but it would help if the hotel sent you directions. I ended up calling the hotel to learn that you need to take the POD to Parking Area B. Then follow the labelled footpath to the hotel reception. There is an electronic gate with a camera and keypad which reception unlocks when you call them on the keypad. Reception charges you 5 pounds Sterling each way for using the POD system, but this is far cheaper than 18-20 pounds for a taxi.
7,9 Good
Pros: POD to heathrow was excellent - staff were not honest regarding cost of POD, bus or transport
Cons: Very busy hotel - we expected that

Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Issues checking in, they wanted me to prove I'm an essential worker when as of 10th May Boris Johnson stated stay home if you can but go to work if you have to, reception then wanted my company to send an email confirming I am doing essential work, I own my own company so sent an email from myself.. they also wanted a copy of my passport. The whole situation was rediculous. Bathroom and towels stank of smoke, I made them aware of this in case I'm blamed for smoking in my room, I do not smoke.
1,0 Poor
Pros: I didn't like anything about this hotel. No value for your money.
Cons: Lots of things were wrong. Dirty rooms (changed one, didn't bother to change the second- I was tired). Wifi was very slow - can't surf properly nor having a regular VOIP call. Nothing is included in price - everything is an add-on.
7,0 Good
Pros: just a regular hotel at a regular rate
Cons: very small

Cons: I did not like the fact that the "shuttle" to the hotel from the airport was actually a privately-operated bus that charged for the service. It runs fairly infrequently, and it was not what I would consider cheap.

Pros: The staff in the lounge was outstanding. Caring and knowlegable. The front desk was very frustrating. Sometimes on the ball sometimes, but at times none at the desk? Dining staff below standard especially the females.

Pros: Personnel cheerful and professional, rapid. And the warm double chocolate chip cookie didn't hurt! (except maybe my waistline!)
Cons: Bathroom door slams shut. View of other windows ugly, you feel self-conscious as people can look in your room. Worst is location: you must take a paid shuttle, it doesn't accept credit card, so must exchange $ BACK in airport! Regular bus complicated.
1,0 Poor
Pros: THe Bar/Lounger staff was great, the food was good.
Cons: Toilets would not clear, Room maintenance was poor cleanliness would not well done, responsiveness was very slow.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: we dialled room service and it took 15-20 minutes for the phone to be answered. When we asked for our order we were told the chef had just left so we couldnt have anything warm/hot. We said if you had answered the phone straight away when the chef was still here then we could have ordered what we wanted but the person on the phone just said said, sorry the chef has gone so you cant have anything warm/hot. Not a good service in my eyes...... especially as a silver hilton honours member

Pros: Room service man was friendly, helpful and chatty. Great service. Room decor was nice and neutral. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Toilet paper. Softer would have been nice! It’s not a “didn't like” just a comment that the room was small, but perfect for my requirements as I was on my own. I’m not sure if it’s noted when I booked but anyone staying needs to budget in the parking cost at £15 for an overnight.

Pros: Always like the breakfast; the new rooms look bring the hotel up to to modern times. the additional steel protection on the corners improve the look so no big dint's are taken out of the walls
Cons: the toilets are not well designed for sit down use - a toilet bush would be useful / is required. I stayed 3 nights - on three separate bookings - my second two nights are not automatically added to my emirates account?
