No portal was there to help to shift luggage to the room, when I requested reception- he said take the trolley yourself. Mattress was bit over soft. Room aas clean and location was good too.

Pros (+) it looked nice on the surface.
Cons (-) everything was a little broken, toilet wouldn't flush, hairdryer wouldn't work, hole in the wall behind door, none of the buttons on the phone worked. I had to call down to ask about wifi, and to get the hair drier, and whatnot. All the staff sounded so aggitated.

Pros (+) Room was super nice and super clean. Shower was absolutely amazing. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything was fantastic!

Pros (+) One of the best hotels ever lovely surprise in my club room with fruit, wine soft drinks collection, they also had all the toiletries you could need from shaver to mini toothpaste to a beauty pack with nail file! This will be my main hotel from now on

Pros (+) The hotel is convenient for Heathrow, a short taxi ride away or there is the Hoppa bus service. There is a semi-decent restaurant on site and a bar too. The rooms are okay, if bit cramped (I was in a single room)
Cons (-) Habing prepaid the room, I was told they need to take a security imprint of my card which somehow led to me being double charged. Despite numerous phone calls and all the proof required, it has yet to be resolved.
