Pros: The staff of this hotel is above and beyond perfection! They are extremely kind, warm, and professional. The hotel is new, bright, excellently designed. My standard room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, silent, and cozy. Wi-fi was free and very fast. At breakfast there were some different dishes every day, and the choice and quality of food was very good. Location is really convenient.

My standard room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, silent, and cozy. Wi-fi was free and very fast. At breakfast there were some different dishes every day, and the choice and quality of food was very good. Location is really convenient.
Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that I had to leave. If I ever have a chance to visit Taipei again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

Pros: The staff lived up to its reputation as being both friendly and helpful. Also, we visited the Shangri-La while in Taipei and glad we stayed at the Landis. The other hotels had an industrial feel and totally impersonal. Will be returning.

Pros: This is a very elegant hotel with a wonderful layout. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and very clean, with spacious bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredible. They all displayed high quality customer service and were extremely helpful, from getting us taxis to helping us find local places to eat as well as suggestions of where to go to see things in Taipei. The breakfast was very well organized and had a mix of western and Chinese food. One of the Manager's Johnny was very kind and respectful and always made sure that we were happy. The whole stay was amazing and would very highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Taipei. For the service and amenities this hotel offered I believe this was an excellent deal in terms of cost. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Cons: My room was next to the elevators, some weird noise was made all the time, not so loud tho.
The exterior is a bit old, I was a bit deterred due to this reason before booking.

Cons: This is a hotel catering to tour groups. We had a small room with nice bath, but it was on the inside so no windows. We used the concierge who went out of her way to help us but the front desk was less helpful.

Cons: Problem wth climate controls. Air conditioning is either on or off. It doesn't use a set temperature as a goal, but stays on all the time, so it's either too cold or too hot. Also bed is very hard.
