I felt that this hotel was very clean and paid attention to detail concerning Viruses that are going around. They used a thermometer as we checked in. Although there wasn’t early checkin the hotel held our luggage until we could get into our room. The staff frequently cleaned the public areas. When we had issues with the room, the staff was prompt to fix the issue and take care of our concerns. The staff helped to book taxi’s and make reservations for dinner/ lunch. They had a candy cart for children and although we did not utilize the other activities or events there was a lot for children to do at the hotel. FYI you need a 2 day notice for childcare which would be nice to have listed on the website. With our upgraded room, we had the breakfast buffet. It consisted of Asian and WESTERN cuisine. There was an omelet counter , fruit and salad bar, and a baked goods counter that was more of an American style breakfast.

Great Hotel, with lovely and attentive staff! Thank you all for making our special occasion really special and separate thanks to Adilia for all the attention and care! Definitely we will come back!
