Pros (+) Jetted tub with TV, free minibar, tasty and free breakfast buffet with espresso, central location, free wi-fi, gym, new building.
Cons (-) it's 800m to the nearest subway – not far enough to take a cab, but not close enough to walk with lots of luggage.

Pros (+) Nice hotel, basically in the middle of the red light district :) The staff was superb... I can't even describe how helpful they were, and how they went out of their way to help me even with little trifles.
Cons (-) There were some corners in the room that had never seen a vacuum cleaner.
