Pros: price was good for decent hotel

Cons: There are other hotels that pay more attention to detail in terms of service, cleanliness, etc, but more pricier. This is a good hotel for the price.

Pros: Luxury hotel with very nice staff. All the staff there are very nice and with good attitude. Room is spacious, neat and tidy. ~5mins walk to the metro station. Taking Uber to attractions aren't far away as well. Special thanks to Olivia, Guest Relations Manager, she helped to make a very memorable celebration. Will definitely consider it if heading back to Taipei again.

Cons: My room was next to the elevators, some weird noise was made all the time, not so loud tho. The exterior is a bit old, I was a bit deterred due to this reason before booking.

Pros: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food.

Cons: AC did not cool properly, could not get room below 72 f / /22.5 C, even leaving it on all day. big disappointment for me, when it is as hot and Humid as Taipei is.

Pros: This is a large boutique hotel, so you either love it or hate it. I loved it. It does have a dark look, but the quality of the interior is terrific. The detail in the room, everything from the desk to the venting of the air-conditioning is very well done.

Cons: If you like to walk around, it's a little far from major attractions. The hotel was kind enough to arrange a cab for me anytime I needed it.

Pros: The availability of variety for food and drinks in the same building were great when we were too tired to come up with somewhere to go for food. Location was awesome for shopping and some of the the big sites. Very close to the metro, but cabs are so inexpensive and accessible that we were able to get those to head to destinations too far to walk.

Cons: We were bummed that the mineral pools were not open during our January stay. There was no advance warning on their website about it being seasonal or under construction.

Pros: A comfortable choice of accomodation in Taipei especially the nearby location of Ximending area. The Xiu Nam Men subway station is very close to the hotel with 5 minutes walk. It should be convenient to go to Taipei 101 far from a few subway stations.

Cons: Looked totally different from the pictures on the website. The air conditoning was terrible. The room was cool but humid and sticky during the entire stay. Horrible.

Cons: Equipment is old. No phone on the desk, but next to the bed. After shower, water is all over the floor - door of the bath tub cannot close. Not enough chairs for people to seat after check out - we ended up to pay $5 per person to have an exclusive room, but was so noisy due to the construction work was on going. They distributed newspaper to certain rooms, not to everyone. No enough light in the room One of the double bed is so close to the wall. Very difficult for the 2nd guest to get off the bed.

Pros: I like the convenience of the connection of the train station which can take you anywhere you want and also the nearby amenities and shopping area.

Pros: Close to public transport. But the toilet can keep more close, we saw a big insects on our toothbrush when we back to the holel room.

Pros: Very helpfull staff. We also got a very big room on the executive floor and free use of the businesscenter. Very centraly located (subway in the basement going in all directions and main trainstation across the road).

Cons: We did not mind, but the hotel was a little bit old.

Pros: Located at a strategic location. Within walking distance from Taipei Main Station and Ximeb MRT station. Surrounded by many restaurant, fast food and of course bubble tea kiosk.

Cons: The room we stayed 986 is large and comfortable by Taipei’s standard. We paid for a luxury room but the view is blocked by the surrounding wall (it is surrounded by the maintenance balcony). And also it is not quite privacy as the maintenance worker might pass by the balcony unnoticed.
