Good breakfast. Great location.
Room was disturbed by singing from restaurant at rear. Went into the night. We requested another room but told all rooms of this type had this problem! Forced to upgrade to get quiet.

Great location right next to Ximen MRT station and Ximen Walking Street market very convenience for shopper as we can drop all the stuff anytime we want. The room is reasonable size and clean and we love the small sweet that provided in the room, very testy. The staff are very nice and friendly. We will go back again.
There is no room amenities such as the cotton bud, shower cap, as I book suite room i expected that would be included. you provided only 2 bottles of water but you have coffee machine in the room without filling the water tank (coffee machine) so the water was not enough after fill up the tank we have only 1 bottle left.

Aside from the fact that it’s in a great location, our room had the best view of the crossing! Love that the hotel is soooo clean. Our room was spotless! Very helpful staff and check in/check out was just a breeze.
Noisy neighbors, not the hotel’s fault.
