Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests noting positive experiences with service and extra touches like free coffee and snacks. Many found the hotel to be a great value for the price, especially given the location. Cleanliness feedback was mixed, with some guests finding rooms clean and others noting issues with dust, mold, or insufficient cleaning. Noise was a recurring negative, with several guests disturbed by loud music from nearby bars or karaoke venues, especially during the day or evening. Despite these drawbacks, the majority of guests felt the positives outweighed the negatives, particularly for those prioritizing location and service.
