Pros: My family and I couldn't have been happier staying here. The room was great. Fit the 3 of us just fine. We had a king size bed and the staff brought up a folding twin for my daughter. The bathroom was fantastic. Giant deep tub, glass enclosed shower, and a separate room for the toilet. The bar/lounge/library down stairs was very nice. Their breakfast was fine. The staff was top notch. They are incredibly friendly and so willing to help make your stay memorable. They took care of booking tours, recommending restaurants, and booking our limousine back to the airport. The location in old Montreal couldn't have been better. It's on a quiet little street and just a short walk to everywhere. Next time I go back to Montreal I will be staying here for certain.

Pros: It was a lovely hotel, clean comfortable and very friendly staff which made our stay very enjoyable. We liked the hotel decorations and felt very at home and had everything we needed when we needed it.
Cons: I would recommend larger tables be added to each room, we had only a low tiny round coffee table which was taken up mostly by the coffee machine tray. We didn’t really have anywhere to put our items, even thing like a purse or a bottle of wine and would’ve loved to have a larger table to facilitate this as there was definitely space in the room for it. It also wasn’t explained to us or readily available online that parking was an additional cost, nor did the staff explain that it was a per night charge. We were told one cost at check in which was already a surprise and then only found out the total for the full weekend when checking out. Making this clear up front would have been better.

Cons: Upon check in there was some kind of children's birthday party in which the parents let the children run around yelling in the lobby bar and restaurant. A bit off putting.

Pros: The location was great and the building as such as well, very big room, comfortable, clean, etc<
Cons: The staff at the reception was unfriendly, we arrived around 13h and were said that the room was not going to be ready until 16h but they were going to try their best to have it ready before. We went for a walk and returned to the hotel around 15h40, the room was not ready yet and the staff at the reception at that precise moment was very disturbed with our question. We had to ask 3 times and finally got the keys at 16h30... On our check out day (check out time 12h) the cleaning staff called in our room at 9h30, they were back at 10h30 and at 11h, until we had to tell them that it was a check out and we wanted to stay until the end. A bit of coordination between the staff would have been appreciated and a friendlier reception staff too (it has been the worst in our Canadian holiday by far)

Pros: The room was lovely and we liked having a mini-kitchen. The staff behind the front desk was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations.
Cons: Going to the bar for a cup of coffee in the morning, I received cold coffee, which they did replace, but there was a lot of chaos there. Somebody came in to stock the alcohol for the bar, three other staff there, but it still took awhile. Then while drinking my coffee a supervisor came and was reprimanding those 3 staff people, instead of taking them to the back room to do it.

Pros: Everything!
Cons:
7,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was only so so. Buffet, scrambled eggs, nothing exceptional. The room where breakfast was served had no charm. Everything was quite utilitarian. Could have been a lot nicer. The coffee was good. There was no plain yogurt. Room: I liked the bed and the size of the room. I liked the window. But the room was underfurnished. It needed an easy chair and a table with a table lamp. I liked the 1967 vibe.
Cons: We liked out room but the lighting was bad. No good light over the mirror for me to put on my makeup. No bedside lamps. One hanging lamp with an open bulb (for style) that didn't give enough light to read but the bulb was not easy on the eyes. There were three bath towels for two people: should be four (two each).

Pros: Outdoor pool.
Cons: Rooms were a bit dated, and the bathroom a bit cramped.

Pros: Location
Cons: They first overcharged us as compared to what we booked on booking.com. Then initially they refused to change the invoice and only when a copy of our booking was e-mailed to them, did they change their invoice. Through all this, there was no contrition, and much delay and harassment

Pros: Staff is friendly, location of hotel is good.
Cons: Quality of room-service food is below avarage. Second time I stayed and again had no warm water (you have to wait for 3 mins). Avoid laundry service as they seem not to comply with my request.

Pros: The hotel is located on Rue Labelle, between Berri and St. Hubert in downtown. Is right behind the Marriott Fairfield Inn. I was there on the weekend so it was quiet for the most part. It's a clean hotel. The rooms come with a kitchen and fridge. The bed was comfortable. They have complementary breakfast that was good enough to satisfy my needs. The staff is polite and friendly. The only thing I did not like is the absence of safety deposit boxes in the rooms. If you have any valuables, you need to arrange with the front desk to leave them there. It was overall a good experience and I will consider returning there in the future. It is a very reasonable priced accommodation.

Pros: We have stayed at this property a few times now because it is close to my husband’s family. The hotel is priced in accordance with other hotels of its kind in Montreal. For us, it’s a great location. It’s also close to the art district and not far from shopping on St Catherine’s Street. We find it to be clean and very accommodating. The restaurant is also fabulous.
