Concierge was excellent. Suite was very clean and comfortable. Location ideal.
Excellent location; parking available; cleanliness; professional staff
Slow service at the bar
Great location, attentive staff, and very comfortable suite.
Location was the perfect for sightseeing, and the room was upgraded into suite room with terrace, so we stayed in a quite large and comfortable room.
Kitchen supplies were not enough to cook.
Loved the room. Plus the desk, concierge and porter staff consistently made guests feel special and welcomed.
A simple take out toasted bagel ordered in the bar area near the reception desk at 7am during a rushed check out. It was exceptionally small, rock hard and the server acted as if he was being inconvenienced.
