Spacious suite. Good basics.
There was no room service available when we arrived at 9pm. Kitchen closed. But staff was helpful and had suggestions for take- out.
Staff is extremely nice and helpful, hotel is well located, common areas and hall cozy and well designed. Spacious room, well equipped
I was expecting a bit more care on how rooms are kept and cleaned. I had to alert staff to broken elements in the room and cleanness a few times. This shouldn't happen in a 4 star upscale hotel. The room was facing the street, quite noisy but tolerable. Hotel wasn't full but offered to move me to quieter room for additional charge. Rooms could use a renovation
Location is great. New hotel. Nice rooms. Bathrooms are great.
Breakfast room is dark
very friendly staff, comfortable rooms
Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable staff!
Toilet ran, some furniture a bit worn, very loud noise but only for a short time
