Great location. Great building. Nice indoor spaces. Nice room.
What I liked best about Hotel Epik was the staff. Jordan met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property. His happy personality made me feel like we were old friends. The kitchen staff was equally friendly, as was the wait staff in the restaurant, especially Justin the bartender. The restaurant was delicious and a surprise treat! The room was ample big, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom modern. The location was excellent, and the double-paned windows kept the temperature comfortable and the room quiet.
This hotel was perfect in every way. Michel, the concierge, went out of his way to make sure our few days in Montreal were perfect. From carrying our luggage up to our room, to providing us with excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat, everything he did for us went above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast was very nice and Michel was always there to attend to anything we needed. The room was so unique with the stone walls, and was a great size with a nice sofa to relax on. In addition, at check out we were so impressed with the service we received from Mauricio. When he learned that we were walking the few blocks to the cruise terminal with all of our luggage, he insisted on helping us. He actually left the front desk, and walked with us, pulling two of our suitcases, all the way up to the check-in point for the cruise ship. This was truly above and beyond and we were so appreciative. Michel and Mauricio really sealed our high opinion of our experience at Hotel Epik Montreal. We will never forget them or their kindness.
Cannot think of a single thing we didn't like.
Beautiful property, great staff, fantastic location, very comfortable room. Michele at reception was terrific.
No refrigerator in the room. No elevator.
Exquisite location. Staff helpfulness and friendliness were unsurpassed. King room was very cool. Would stay again for sure.
