Location was good just a short walk to shops bars and restaurants
Room didn’t seem clean, needs updating. Breakfast was like a cheap cafe, not much on offer and no staff to assist
I upgraded to the suite with a living room and very happy that I did. The room and the bed were perfect but the sofa bed wasn't great. There were four of us. The hotel was well located. We had an event at the Centre Bell which was 10 mins away in an Uber. I plan to stay there next time I'm in Montreal. The staff were friendly and bilingual so no worries for those who don't speak French well. It's a wonderful city!
We had a great stay. We wish parking was included and the sofa bed was uncomfortable, but otherwise no complaints!
The location is close to downtown and the breakfast is good.
The parking should be included with the room price. It's very strong smell in the hall way to get in the room.
We booked two queen beds. When we checked in they only had a Queen with a sofa bed. That bed had no bedding and we had to wait almost an hour to get bedding so we could put our two children to bed. Room smelled of stale smoke and air freshener. Bathtub could use a mat was so slippery kids fell twice trying to shower. Had to line tub with a towel.
Location is great. The breakfast was good value for being free.
Great location, walking distance to most important places in Montreal for visitors to see, breakfast was very good and has everything for every taste, price was also reasonable.I would stay here for sure for my next visit to Montreal
Just the smell when you walked into the room but you get use to it after a day or so.
