The rooms were clean and modern
The hotel was under renovation which would have been nice to know prior to arrival. There was nothing outside of the room, no services and construction dust everywhere.
Great location...Old hotel
Great location to nearby metro.
Lobby and hallways looked nice but rooms are extremely old and dated. Furniture and fixtures look to be from the 80s. Dirty carpet. Wifi didn't work in room.
It's a nice family hotel close to the old port
Had a bad start, when we got to the hotel our room was given to some other ppl, reception said that they made a mistake don't know how that is possible without proper confirmation of names and details. Had to settle for Something different not what was booked.
Location was amazing
Wifi didn't work in the room . Rooms were outdated and needed some work
Dingy, smelly rooms Almost got car towed while unloading bags
The place was really sketchy. From some blankets that smelled like puke to not having a in room safe when the website says it does. I only needed 1 night parking since someone was taking my car back but he charged me for 3 nights...
Perfect location for our trip
Went to Montreal for the F1 races, so the Lord Berri hotel was perfect, walking distance to the events in Montreal and next to the train station to take me to the race track.
It's a little old and in need of updating, but it's on it's way because they had signs posted that the Marriot was going to take over, let's hope that's a good thing.
Great hotel and staff. Beds were comfortable, rooms very clean, water pressure in the shower was great and room temperature controls perfect.
Wifi was free but terribly slow and there wasn't a gym
A lot of noise, from outside, but also it seems like the walls were paper-thin, we could hear everything - from people talking in adjacent rooms or the hallway. Hard to fall asleep in all that noise. The bed was in bad shape, missing a leg in one corner so my feet would dip to one side. Mattress not a true king, just two twins pushed together. We could hear a weird grinding noise that came from a panel in our room, some electical problem that didn't feel safe at all!! Not going back there.
Staff was courteous
Parking was limited.
The bathroom was nice.
Terrible service at checkin, the manger tried to change my room for no reason afterwards. The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were not aesthetically pleasing, not to mention the chewed gum on the wall in my room.
Convenient location - near to Old City, Chinatown
Convenient location - near to Old City, Chinatown and Latin Quarter. Near to Metro UQAM.
Location and price.
The restaurant was not good. food was below average.
Easy to reach, central location to my needs. Friendly and helpful staff, relaxed, not crowded. covered parking for car.
They advertise airport shuttle but they do not have any airport shuttle.
The bed was king size and very comfortable.
Check out could be at noon instead of 11am. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
Clean room, sheets the overall of the room big bathroom.
