Room , very cozy ... Bed , incredibly comfy ... Staff , wonderfully staffy ...
There was a Covid-19 testing site right next to the hotel ... But the bright side of this is they put us up at the Best Western Hotel ... S-W-E-E-T !!
hotel is very neat and people are friendly ,location is also good
only one toilet for many rooms even though it is very clean
The sheets were dirty , towels looked dirty Just a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody .
I did not like anything at all The place looked so ghetto
Location, service, cleanliness Excellent
The room was spotlessly clean with an adjustable thermostat. The location was great! a block away from the Metro and grocery store and tons of restaurants and venues. They graciously let me switch rooms to one with my own bathroom no extra charge - I had booked a room with a shared bathroom but since COVID-19 is so prevalent, I thought it better to have my own bathroom.
The "continental breakfast" was just bagels, toast, cereal and coffee/tea. I think there was orange juice but I never ate breakfast at the hotel because it was so minimal. The coffee that I did have wasn't very good. Also, one evening I ordered ramen to my room (using SkiptheDishes) but the restaurant didn't give me any utensils so I went and asked for a fork at reception and they had none! because all they had for breakfast is toast and cereal, they only had knives and spoons on hand. let me tell you, eating ramen with nothing but two plastic spoons is probably the closest I'll ever get to a game show challenge. I also wished that they had a mini-fridge in the room. Only other downside to the hotel was that the toilet was in a separate (non connected) room from the sink and shower, so you had to walk from the toilet room around the wardrobe to the sink/shower room just to wash your hands.
