5,0 Okay
Pros: Bed was very comfortable and clean: bathroom good plenty of hot water and very clean
Cons: Breakfast was the worst I have ever had and I was not the only dissatisfied client: the website described the breakfast as superb and it turned out that they do not serve a hot breakfast until mid April !,,one would expect a cooked breakfast to be more desired in Winter !,we had one choice of cereal, muesli, two types of brown bread:: not very fresh, poor quality croissants;small muffins... not fresh. .. ham which while tasting ok did not look fresh, cheese slices and some pieces of blue cheese—- no marmalade when requested or raspberry jam::: said they were waiting for a delivery: orange juice and yoghurt were fine but the tea was also cold::: most disappointing as I choose the hotel based on the description of breakfast.

Pros: Views are fab
Cons: No cooked breakfast
6,0 Good
Pros: Position was good Nice view Comfortable room Nespresso machine in room Breakfast, even if small, was very good with local and fresh products. Did not miss cooked breakfast at all. Well priced One of the girls (I think she was Spanish or Portuguese) was really nice Gentlement who was in the evening attended immediately to our problem with heating
Cons: Staff at check in were not nice. We were totally ignored when we walked in, and both of the women present saw us. Luckily there was a third girl who was really nice and called them.
7,5 Good
Pros: The bedroom was very roomy and comfortable. Vera was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Excellent location.
Cons: The breakfast was very poor. No hot food. It was elf-service which don’t have a problem with. Some bread, scones, cereal, juice. Quite basic. However the only cheese on display was fragments of blue cheese and on the meat board just one rolled up slice of ham remained. This despite the fact that we had just sat down and and another couple arrived shortly after. The coffee was luke warm and when we were leaving the breakfast room the cheese and ham offering had not been augmented despite the presence of a member of staff. We were never asked if everything was ok and on departure it was the same. It was unusual to have a breakfast of such poor quality in an Irish B&B.

Pros: Breakfast was exactly to my taste. The location was just what me and my colleagues expected. Nice views and close to the water.

Pros: The location was perfect, and the free parking lot in the back was ideal. The room itself was surprisingly modern, especially the bathroom, even though the rest of the hotel looked a little older. Despite the storm outside, our room was warm and cozy, and the staff were lovely!

Pros: Staff were lovely! Ideal location!
Cons: Breakfast was very poor, very old school. Really not nice. Didn’t like that the doors weren’t self locking.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff. Location. Comfort. Food.
Cons: We stayed 3 nights with our infant, very accommodating and lovely staff. Held our buggy downstairs as the lift was out of order and this helped to no end. Room was standard, full iron and ironing board, full length mirror, very comfortable bed and linens and shower was great! Lovely food in Paudies Bar attached and a good selection at breakfast. Good prices for the location. 10/10 would stay again!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: location, food
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location of the hotel was great with parking at the rear. Great selection on the breakfast menu. We had dinner on our last evening there and once again we were not disappointed. The staff were extremely pleasant, courteous and provided swift service.
Cons: Understandably not everyone can get a room with a view as the hotel has limited street frontage but the view from our room was a wall that was about 3 feet away from the window. The price of a pint of lager being €0.90 more than I pay at home but then again that's hotel prices. Apart from that I would still recommend the hotel to everyone.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Can’t say enough good things about our stay here ! Staff was lovely and so friendly and the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom! Delicious breakfast menu. Perfect location for exploring the town.

Pros: It was a fantastically comfortable hotel with a spa.
Cons: No air conditioning in the room.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Room was very nice.
Cons: Sauna is listed in the amenities but they turned out not to have one (It was a must-have for us so that was a big disappointment). Also the spa was completely booked out so there was nothing we could do to fill the gap. We ended up just taking a hot bath in our (very nice) room.

Pros: Liked how the breakfast room looked out over the water. The staff were all very friendly and our son loved the pool.
Cons: The bathroom could have been cleaner and I was surprised that this was the case as the room was freshly decorated and it is a 4 star hotel. It was a bit disappointing as the hotel was not full so I would have expected time to get the little details and cleanliness right wouldn’t have been an issue. Overall we did have a nice stay and enjoyed the wonderful breakfast so we will stay again.

Pros: The 2x Irish wolf hounds
Cons: Nothing
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was exactly to my taste. The location was just what me and my colleagues expected. Nice views and close to the water.
Cons: The plumbing could have been better. It took to long for the hot water to arrive.
