Cons: Nothing not to like.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, wonderful breakfast, and a great location
Cons: No AC in the room although the windows open and the staff brought us a fan. It wasn’t a problem for us but might be for others.
7,5 Good
Pros: It was a fantastic stay. We loved the location, and the accommodations were superb. The staff was friendly. The rooms were outstanding and the feeling of comfort and hominess throughout the building. The breakfast in the morning was unbelievable. What a great way to start the day. Overall, one of the best stays I’ve ever had.
Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Cons: We didn't have toothpaste, kettle could have been prefilled with water. Some fruit from breakfast was canned (poor quality)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location with parking facilities. Friendly owners.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Property location was perfect with just a short stroll into the heart of the city. Room and overall property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection and Hosts were always on hand to assist also.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Daniel and Angela were gracious hosts from the moment I arrived - much earlier than their check-in time because of the overnight flight arrival time. They gave me coffee and breads, and hurried to ready my room, although the former occupants had just checked out. The guesthouse gleamed in all respects, and the breakfast choices were remarkable, particularly given that it is a small inn, and delicious. My room had all the amenities for comfortably staying 5 nights. I walked everywhere from there - it was so convenient, while being quieter in the evenings than being in a city center location just a ten minute walk away. The Blarney Stone Guesthouse was by far the loveliest of all the guesthouses I had looked at in the University neighborhood.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location. very central. The breakfast was disappointing ,the single sausage seemed like it had been cooked ages before.
Cons: More information on arrival on facilities in hotel
6,0 Good
Pros: Facilities
Cons: The hotel is hard to find. Even the GPS struggled to get us there. Old world atmosphere, with some unusual and welcome additions; a bottle of whisky at the reception desk to parch the thirst and ease the frustration of locating the place. Another fun touch, a putter and play practice green in the room. It is a nice place but would I stay there again? probably not. It's the little things that matter in a hotel and the dinning reception left us cold. We made dinner reservations and showed up on time, appropriately dressed, only to be kept waiting while others streamed by, were welcomed, and seated. Eventually,We were placed in a back room at what must have been the worst table in the place, center stage, traffic area in a room surrounded by cozy booths. The Food and service excellent, but the second rate treatment left a bad taste. So we move on, to a better experience somewhere else.
7,9 Good
Pros: Room was very tired and lacking in so many comfort points. The shower was very poor as was the water from the taps. Dreadful machine noise from outside all day until 11pm at night, started again early in the morning. The television was nearly unwatchable. No hooks in bathroom or bedroom for convenience. Bed very comfy and all very clean.
Cons: The dining room for breakfast was stiflingly hot and airless. The decor in bedroom and bathroom in room 331 needs a good upgrade.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, Bar, Breakfast, Spa and Service all excellent.
Cons: The TV reception wasn't great, and the shower doors a little short.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious. We arrived early, got a room quickly, and even were upgraded to a suite just like that. The staff treated us like queens and kings, making us feel like part of their family. Everyone was cheerful and helpful during our stay, and the bartenders were eager to talk about local places to see and shop at. A highlight indeed for our Ireland trip.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything

After complaining, he moved me to a room with two twin beds and said he would push them together. He did not do that. Overall I was unimpressed with the accommodations.

7,1 Good
Pros: Extras for the Jazz Weekend (shuttle and wristbands for hotel )
Cons: No noise proof walls , you can listen everything from other rooms . The fried food smell at breakfast and your clothes get all of it after , needs really to be reviewed , it’s intoxicated and not friendly .
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Anna at reception was excellent
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Everything! I wonder why it's just 4 star? Clearly 5 star service.
5,7 Okay
Pros: Location and cleanliness, except for being a smoking room, of the hotel are very good.
Cons: We had to book online at the last minute. Booked 3 rooms for 3 adult family couples. When we got there we realized with the rooms given, no way to tell online, we could get away with 2 rooms as they were big rooms. We asked to change and weren't allowed because of the online booking. Also one day of the rooms assigned was a smoking room that smelled very strongly of cigarettes, again asked to change and weren't allowed to. Rooms were quite pricey as well, the most expensive night on our 2 week vacation was at this hotel. Had breakfast the next morning and one room came with breakfast, no idea why?
9,7 Excellent
Cons: Great overall. Slow service in lobby area for the lobby menu was only complaint.
7,9 Good
Pros: it was excellent
Cons: too expensive

9,4 Excellent
Pros: While the wait staff (excluding the bar staff) were rather helpful, the one working elevator was slow, the spa did not have any openings, and we received a 3am wake up call that we did not authorize. For a luxury hotel, they have some work to do.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was the best hotel we stayed in during our two weeks in Europe, and the best value. The food was fabulous. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. And then there’s the staff, hands down some of the best people we have come across in our travels. Very professional, friendly and personable, and also very accommodating. We are already thinking about our next trip to Ireland being based in Cork so we can stay at the Kingsley!
Cons: The fact that it is in Ireland and not in the USA!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Kingsley was a great place to settle down In Cork. The staff were professional and took pride in their work. The rooms were nice and clean. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: I didn't mind this actually but the Kingsley is about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. You could take a cab or walk it. The reason i didn't mind was because it was far enough away that you weren't surrounded by the noise.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was just as shown in pictures, even better! Swimming pool and spa were out of this world, the view from the hydro pool topped it off! Staff were so lovely, would definitely stay again!

7,0 Good
Pros: very good and sufficient.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, brilliant staff, very friendly & very clean.
Cons: I understand that it's a heating system for the hotel & not room by room & The White House want their guests to be warm & comfortable but the heating in our room was way to hot & could only leave windows open a little bit at a time as we had a front facing room in the town so it was way to noisy with traffic & people falling out of pubs to let air in. That was my only problem. Have stayed here 4 times before it's the best in kinsale, it wouldn't throw me off staying there.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: all good to great. except NO LIFT. so luggage is on your own up one or two flights. otherwise highly recommend on location staff room value.

Pros: Had a good stay the hotel and staff were great
Cons: The view from the room
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff were pleasant. The reception area and bar were impressive.
Cons: We booked through booking.com as always and although it said it was a budget room, it did cost €130. Our room was appalling. It measured 9 feet across and not much longer. It was a small bed and was up against the wall. The tv was on that wall. We have never been disappointed in booking.com. When we complained this morning the general manager was very apologetic and actually knocked €50 off the price and he was surprised that we didn’t know it was going to be a small room.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Nice lobby and downstairs
Cons: Bedrooms were very dated and needed renovation, unbearably hot, tv with very bad picture (old bulky tv) paint peeling off bathroom ceiling and nigh on impossible to get mixer tap for shower to give right temperature!

Cons: WE could have got a better deal contacting the hotel directly (3 nights for the price of 2)
