Pros (+) The spa was wonderful, particularly the thermal suite! We are at bellini's and had a wonderful dinner. The staff was helpful, and the rooms were very nice.
Cons (-) We lost time in the spa waiting for someone to check us in 15 minutes later in the evening. Nothing major of complaint in general!
