Cons: The room wasn’t clean. The first night I found garbage behind the bathroom door and left in the drawers. The second night I went to put groceries in the fridge and found a half eaten slice of pizza on top of the refrigerator. I tried to use the ice bucket, but when I opened the lid I found garbage. The first night we were there someone tried to come in our room. There were people running up and down the hallway until past 0100. The shuttle driver was texting while driving. The breakfast was lukewarm at best. And when I checked out and told the front desk clerk about the pizza she acted as though she didn’t believe me and then brushed me off. For the price I paid to stay there I shouldn’t have any cleanliness complaints. Also, no in room safe?

There is good restaurants within walking distance .Courtesy shuttle to and from the airport and what's even better is that they also shuttle you around within a mile radius. We rented a car witch they shuttle us to the rental place and they have free parking. We felt very safe and secure here. We will definatly be staying here in the future, and we will be recommending it to friends and family.

Pros: Hotel is located near airport. Has solid access within 5 minutes. Makes for easier travel. Suites are well appointed, liked the microwave and refrigerator. Bed was reasonably comfortable. The foam mattress is a plus. Loved the workspace in the room - separate seating area is a great choice. Amazing tea/hot chocolate bar at check in - good cookies and the hot chocolate was tasty. Also liked the mini breakfast service prior to actual breakfast. We departed before breakfast hours, but still got fruit and muffins. Well thought out Marriott!

Cons: When we were given or key, we walked up to our room and entered. A man was in the room unpacking. Good thing we didn't walk in on anything else. Very embarrassed we walked in on the gentleman and the lady who gave us the key didn't seem like she cared. She did apologize but it was a PR type of apology and not a sincere apology. Also, may sound childish but everyone around us was getting a complimentary bag with water and fruit. I waited to see if we were going to be asked if we either wanted water or if we had already gotten our bag. Once again the lady that helped us wasn't helpful or friendly and did not pay attention to detail. Too bad I did not get her name but was working the afternoon of Oct 3rd 2019. Cons: Only vending for food, provisions, more cleaning detail needed on small things such as remotes, light switches, etc. I requested a late checkout & was only given 30 min. It was during the week & the hotel was not remotely busy or booked! It was a special occasion, & an extra hour or two would’ve been very much appreciated. The staff was not very empathetic or friendly about my request. I’m always able to check out late in other hotels I frequently stay at. This is only 2nd time to stay in BW. The other location did the same. You might rethink this policy, if hotel isn’t busy & you have loyal customers. Thank you!
