I was worried about trying to find the car rental place the next morning. She arranged for the shuttle driver to lead me to the rental return and he brought me back to the hotel the night before. Beds were where we will never stay there again HARD AND SMALL we understand ,its hard to control guests ,but we called front dest at 2am to take care of a guest whos baby cried for over 1hr and we had someone knocking at our door, bad enough we couldn't sleep.
