Check in was not good. Second time that I have come to this hotel, selected a room just to arrive and be given another room with no explanation. Was told finally after some pushback that the room wasn’t clean and wouldn’t be ready for at least a hour. I opted to wait and get the room I wanted vs. a room on a lower floor facing a fence.
