The room itself needed to be cleaned better and the pillows were super flat, the bathroom floors are popping up, the couch was sunken in. In general, everything is kind of old and needs to be updated....

Pros (+) I only stayed for 2 nights but the breakfast was free and AMAZING! Buffet of food and create your own omelettes as well. The rooms were nice and beds were comfy.
Cons (-) Nothing major that I can think of.
