Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. One helped me check in and made sure I got the room I wanted. Another helped me find a really awesome local restaurant.
Cons (-) Because of construction the signage wasn't up so I almost went to the wrong hotel, but because you emailed me the address it worked out fine.

Also we were not informed during our check in or reservations that the pool and gym were going to be closed for renovation. Pros (+) We were in San Antonio for our son's graduation from Fort Sam Houston and the hotel is very close so it made it very convenient. The hotel is also very close to the airport. The room was very nice and the hotel is very clean. Everyone was very nice.
