Pros: The location is perfect. You take 3 turns and you Are at Universal and 10 minutes and you are at Disney. We were on the 5th floor and there was no traffic noise that we could hear. The complementary free breakfast was very good. We had a vegan friend come meet us before going to the parks we were able to purchase her breakfast for under 7
dollars and she was able to eat many of the food items offered. The pool is very nice, you will have a lot of kids and families on the pool but they were not overwhelming. You do also get 2 passes for the adults in your party for free alcohol. We did not take advantage of that this time. The parking lot was also well lit and safe. You can also bring your dog or cat.

Pros: The food was great. Really liked the waffle station. The eggs were a little runny for my liking but overall it was good. I also enjoyed the snack/dinner kickback they had in the evening. I only wished they served different items instead of the same thing every day for breakfast and at night for the kickback.

Pros: Staff were great. The front desk person even remembered my name days into the stay. The evening receptions were really appreciated. It saved our family of four the cost of a meal! The pool was great with huge hot tub. Only complaint was the suites are showing a bit of age. Could use a furniture refresh.

Hyatt Staff are most accommodating! They address any complaint immediately and they put up with so much nonsense from crazy tenants from one convention to the next.
My kids LOVE the pool! They went every day until it would rain.

Pros: Clean. Beautiful resort facility. The shuttle to sea world was nice. They were a lifesaver when I suffered from heat exhaustion. They allowed me to stay extra nights at the kayak rate. They provided me water, even loaded my car up with water when the valet brought it to me.

Also, I thought I had misplaced some cash, and my room attendanant must have found it and he/she folded everything in my room nicely, and there was the bundle of money I thought I had lost! I loved the gym, the pool, the lobby bars and restaurants. Steve, Jimmy and Jamie, at the Mist, specifically, were kind and so nice and accommodating. Good service equals happy customers,they deserve a bonus for working hard and remaining not only calm, but kind, even at peak times with a variety of guests to deal with, including some that were less than kind.

Pros: The staff was great - from the valet, to front desk, to concierge and housekeeping. Lounge and restaurant (buffet breakfast was GREAT) drinks, food and service were top notch.
We found everything clean, well-stocked, and in good condition. Very comfortable beds, linens, and nice towels. Room was very quiet, even though it was close to the elevators.
Free valet parking for our Hybrid car, too!

Pros: We had a very good experience at Hampton Inn Orlando. Very clean room, bed very comfortable and pristine (I check beds in hotels for undesirable surprises), and Hampton was a pleasure in cleanness, good service. The price was excellent too. For sure on our nexts travels we go check for stay at Hampton Inn where will be available.

Free breakfast! They have a variety of foods for both adults and young kids. Cereals, granolas, eggs, bacon, pancakes, mickey waffles (you make them yourself but its fairly simple), bagels, fruits, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, and anything else I might've forgotten.
My main reason for booking at Best Western Plus by the Convention Center was for the decent driving distance from Magic Kingdom (20 minutes away) while having a good price and free breakfast.
They also have a pool and gym equipment, I didn't use either of them but it's a nice option for other hotel guests.
Overall I would stay here again, if there' s any problem the staff is so friendly and tries their best in finding a solution. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Pros: It was in a great location and and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable! Their gueen size beds were full queen size compared to a lot of 4 star hotels that are smaller and less comfortable. We had everything that we needed for this short stay. It was a plea sent visit for our needs on this one night stay.

Pros: After i checked in i mentioned it was my birthday and they gave me and my 7 friends a free shuttle to Senior Frogs as well as 7 free drink tickets. That sold me. Also its very clean on the inside and you can tell its been recently renovated a LOT especially in the room. Definately was perfect for my needs as a place to stay during a night out on I-Drive with several friends. 9/10 would stay again

Pros: The hotel was literally walking distance to the convention center which was so ideal. The staff was always amazing and the room was perfect for what we needed. It wasn't super glamorous but very comfy... especially for the price. I loved that it came with a microwave and fridge. Perfect if traveling with small kids.

Pros: I was highly disappointed by my quasi stay at the Wyndham Orlando. It was so terrible that I took it as a loss and had to find another hotel for the night. The final straw was a bug crawling across my shoulder while sitting on the bed. The first straw was passing the first room on our hallway with a large heart shaped sign that said "drop your panties here" with a black thing draped across it. Do not waste your time or money.

Pros: I am not sure why I have read any negative reviews regarding this place. Our experience was great and you simply can’t beat the excellent accommodations with spacious rooms for this price. While this resort offers timeshares, we were NEVER harassed or annoyed by any staff regarding this at any point. We were treated excellent for our entire stay and all staff did an extraordinary job making our stay awesome. Yes, the property is large but you can contact or wave down a complimentary resort shuttle any time you want. Our room was HUGE, and I was completely satisfied our entire trip. The place is very well cleaned and maintained. Staff is highly responsive to any request. Will definitely be staying again when traveling to Orlando. Highly recommended!

There is also a hot tub. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. For us the pricing was great. We had friends staying in another hotel and they paid twice as much for the week and their room was not any better than ours. Plus, they had to pay for parking at the convention center, we just walked across the road.

Generally, it was a nice stay in a basic room. The Denny's next door had the friendliest servers I've ever had.
