Publix supermarket just out of main gates, over the road and to the right. Loads of eateries within 10 mins walk. Will book again for family next time. All staff were excellent.

Cons: Would have been better with a small bar area inside main building - not just the pool bar as we had a few days of quite cold spring weather so would have preferred to buy a drink inside. Would have liked info as to whether we were allowed to sit on grass on area around buildings. Info about not swimming etc but felt we would get into trouble if we sat down on grass to chill in the heat. Didn't like hard sell to try and sell timeshare but once ignored and didn't go for free brekky no one bothered us again.

Cons: Our rooms weren’t ready until nearly 7pm the day we arrived and the reception area was really pushing the hard sell on the vacation club. And, I have a mixed/non-traditional family and the vacation club sales person was confused by us. I had to repeat several times that I was with my family and had to keep pointing to them. It was all strange. But, once we got into our rooms everything was great and the resort facilities were nice.

Cons: While on my stay I have to admit we felt so relaxed and comfortable.I purposely chose this hotel bc if the balcony,however the two ladies with me happen to be chain smokers,I didn’t find out til later that no smoking wasn’t allowed on the balcony bc a wet towel covered the sign and of course smoking took place on the balcony,and my hand to God there was no smoking done in the room period however I was charged over $200 for it.Needless to say being charged that amount of money and being a caregiver of grandchildren really messed my finances up.All 3of is ladies was there for different reasons,for me just getting away to grieve a death and relax.After all that I have nothing bad to say abt the hotel except that one incident.

Cada cuarto con TV y sala familiar, balcón y cocina. Hay 2 piscinas una grande con juegos para niños. Hay servicio a la habitación. gimnasio completo y juegos electrónicos. Lo recomiendo para una estadía de varios días.

Cons: As opções de alimentação são muito limitadas. Não se engane com o nome Resort porque é o tipo de hotel “faça tudo você mesmo”. Pedi dois cobertores à noite porque estava muito frio e só os recebi pela manhã após ter dormido com frio. A inexistência de funcionários de noite é quase total tirando uma pessoa na recepção. No penúltimo dia, nem o lixo tiraram do quarto que dirá arrumar as camas ou trocar as toalhas. O atendimento na recepção é bastante indiferente. Para um espaço que se autodenomina Resort, não recomendo... pois é caro e não oferece nenhum suporte.

Bathroom is quite small, but room is well equipped. (On top of it, there is swimming pool and a small fitness room) Definitely will choose this Hotel again, when I'll get back to Orlando.

Cons: On arrival, the toilet was stopped up. The water in the shower wouldn't shut off completely and the microwave didn't work. Maintenance quickly fixed the toilet and replaced the microwave. The pool could have been heated. Shuttle was very limited.

Cons: Our room seemed a bit dated and the bathroom layout was difficult to navigate with the door being in the way of the tub (bathing my kids was a challenge). Otherwise it was great! The pool could have been warmer.

Pros: It was very close to the parks.
Cons: Little ants on the counters and bathroom. There weren't many tv channels for kids and I couldn't plug in my fire stick. Also, they charge you $22 parking fee and $25 resort fee...I checked in at 11pm just there to sleep. Fee was waived I think?

Pros: The only good thing about this hotel was the price. They charge for wifi and it didn't work in our room; had to get our money back. Frequently no staff at the desk. Water was so hot that I would never bring a child here for fear of burning them.

Cons: The parking lot is a long way to the rooms/check-in. We only had hot water for the shower on the 3rd day of four. I don't know what they did to fix it for the third day, but it was gone again on the fourth. For that reason, I would not stay there again

Cons: Definitely not up to a 3.5 star hotel rating, more like 2.5. The property itself was old and dated. Rooms had rusted areas on the trim, peeling paint, badly worn carpet. Acceptable for the discounted rate, but would not stay here again.

Cons: It was old, dingy, and while our room was moderately clean, you could tell that it was not properly maintained for many years. There was dirt and dust in the A/C vents, and the curtains and rugs seemed old and mildewy. Empty hotel like a ghost town.

Cons: Yes I never had any hot or warm water the entire stay and I was also charged$250 for a dog and I said I had a dog my service animal who would be visiting me during my stay at check in and it was no problem and I was at the front desk several times

Cons: Parking was a little confusing due to construction in the area. Also the AC unit in our room needed some repairs because when it was running it made a loud clunking noise.
