Pros (+) When we checked in the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were perfect size, the kitchen had everything you needed Incase you wanted to cook. With 7 people eating out got expensive so it was nice to have everything there to make a meal. We also had several children so the room was a bit messy, after coming back from universal the person that cleaned our room did such an amazing job! Really imp...
Cons (-) I didn’t like that there was a $10 fee for parking in the hotel, I have never had to pay for parking in the hotel I’m staying.

Pros (+) I like the front desk specially Teresa who treat us like family. The rooms were clean with a beautiful view to the pool. Buffet breakfast included that was delicious.

Pros (+) The hotel offers full kitchens in the rooms. My fiance has some food allergies and I am extremely allergic to feathers. The hotel management removed all featherEd items from the room and did a deal cleaning. They also upgraded us to a 1 bedroom at my request because my businessay partner snores and we could close the door between us and sleep.
Cons (-) At peak times the free breakfast areas were very busy and the staff tried their best to keep up. The hotel is in the middle between Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. Lots of kids. A specially on weekends.
