Pros (+) Bed, room for the money, and cleanliness were all very good.
Cons (-) Rated comfort as mediocre because there was no means of charging mobile devices in the room, e.i. no USB ports, and bathroom door made it very cramped, should've been pocket door instead of swing for the size of bathroom.

Cons (-) The restaurant/bar is by the pool and you have to sit outside in the heat to eat. I wish they had an air conditioned area to eat. The deli upstairs is air conditioned but the chairs and tables are outside as well

Pros (+) Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was great with lots of activities. MeMe at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Pros (+) Pool area is relaxing. There are 2 main pools with another kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs. Restaurant/ bar by the oool serves good food and drinks. Staff have been really pleasant and helpful the entire time. Films outside for the kids and free video rental in the rooms.
Cons (-) The shop is handy but really expensive. I suggest doing any shopping for snacks, booze, Sun creams etc at the local pharmacy about 1/2 mile away. Shop does make pizzas though with free delivery.

Cons (-) Late check-in with no apology, adjoining rooms allow for substantial noise in other room, quiet pool noise level not enforced with louder kids there, biggest thing is that THESE ARE TIMESHARE units - ensure you realize this so you do not get suckered into the hard sale and offer of "free breakfast" for your time.

Pros (+) I stayed at SeaWorld for 3 days in March. The resort is beautiful and the staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The "shuttle" to SeaWorld and Aquatica was horrible.it was a city type bus. The bus only went to the hotel 1x per hour and on the way back stopped at 5 other hotels, before the Hilton. It was a 10 minute walk to and from SeaWorld but a 35 minute bus ride.
