Pros:Conveniently located, priced reasonably, comfortable rooms and beds, good breakfast
Cons:Small single sink in a family room for 4 people, breakfast area was very crowded when we were there-tough to get to toasters, waffle makers, coffee, etc.
Pros:Front desk staff was really friendly when we checked in. Rooms were big and comfortable enough, and offered at a great rate. The breakfast buffet was very crowded and a bit hectic, but did the job. I’d consider staying here again when back in the Disney area.

Cons:At 1am of my first stay i was woken up by super loud alarms that turned out to be malfunctioning, we had to wait out on the street for an hr while they checked the problem. I can understand if there was an emergency but this wasn't, the staff was very disorganized what makes me think the chaos that would happen if it was a true emergency, next morning at 7am alarms went off again for a couple of minutes but was enough to wake everyine in the hotel all over again. We were never approached with an apology or anything like it... Pretty lame customer service and unprepared staff
Pros:I didn't like the idea of having an extra $10 added to the bill in order to park my car in the hotel parking lot. I mean come on! Either advertise it, or add it to the overall room rate.... don't just slip it in. (It's not amount that bothers me - it's the principle)

Cons:The first day I reached hotel they said the room you booked is not available as hotel is overbooked and they provided me the room which was not I booked. After arguement with staff/manager they shifted me to different room and day later I got the room I booked. Also I asked for early check in and they did not entertain that.
Pros:Great free breakfast, large room, room was very clean
Cons:There are large parts of the hotel that are old & out-dated
