Refurbished in 2008, all 210 rooms are furnished condominiums. Guests can choose from three types of suites, which include Standard, Deluxe, and Luxury. All rooms are equipped with a full kitchen, living room, and private balcony. Guests who want to enjoy more of the resort experience have the option to rent a two-bedroom Luxury Villa.

Parc Corniche Condominium Suite Hotel provides a variety of amenities for guests’ convenience. Guests can enjoy the large heated inground swimming pool or take a dip in the jacuzzi. They can also relax in the natural landscapes on the hotel grounds. The fitness center has 24-hour access and there's an on-site convenience store and coin-operated laundry facility as well.

The hotel’s restaurant, Calypso Bar and Grill, provides guests with a variety of food and drink options in a tropical setting. The restaurant has a wide variety of entrees, from sandwiches to steak dinners, as well as a children’s menu. Guests can enjoy a cocktail on the enclosed patio overlooking the lake. Continental breakfast is offered from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. in the hotel's breakfast room. Room service is available from 6:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.

Parc Corniche Condominium Suite Hotel has free on site parking and offers free shuttle service to many of Orlando's biggest tourist destinations, such as Disney World, Universal studios, and SeaWorld. Conveniently located in the heart of Orlando, the hotel is close to a variety of attractions, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping.
