The hotel is showing wear. It feels dingy. The staff at front desk during the day is less than pleasant and unwelcoming. I will not return.
Pros:The location
Cons:It’s the first time they charge me for parking and I didn’t know they were going to
Pros:Great breakfast. Clean, contemporary rooms with everything you could ever need!!
Pros:The location is convenient. Breakfast included is a plus. Not paying an additional fee for parking (typical of Orlando hotels) was also a plus.
Cons:The pool is inadequate for the amount of rooms and people at the hotel. The pool was insanely crowded because it was too small. People also really made home out of this place. They brought music to. The pool, big coolers for food and whatnot. It felt much more like an extended stay and that people were living there - it didn’t really have a vibe like a Marriott hotel. The pool also needs updating. The foliage on the grounds were lacking - again, for the brand of the hotel I expected a bit more. Breakfast (a plus it was included with the stay) was also insanely busy and crowded because, like the size of the pool, the breakfast area was insufficient of the amount of people staying at their hotel. Sooo crowded, so busy, so many people rushing trying to eat everything. It was not a peaceful morning experience. Disappointing for sure and impossible to maneuver with small kids because of the crowds.
Pros:Breakfast Convenience
Cons:Dirty (we had a used towel left in our room), the carpet smelled, bathtub filled with water when using shower and it desperately needed cleaning. Overall, the hotel needs a complete update.
Pros:The location was perfect for what we wanted to do while visiting Orlando. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons:It was old and outdated. The tub was filling with water as we tried to shower, which they did fix when we complained. Also, the outlets by the sink kept shutting off while we were using it. Overall ,we expected more from a Marriott. The pictures we viewed online when booking the room looked much nicer than it actually was.
Pros:The room and bed was comfortable, all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
Cons:The food at the restaurant was just decent. Typical hotel food.
