The cleanliness of the rooms and comfy pillows
Check in and check out was very unsatisfactorily
Security in the parking lots.
Great location to the fun of I-Drive and Universal. Efficient, affordable! Its skeleton is a classic 20th century motel with the outdoor walkways which gives it some character, but they've been updated well (albeit with stucco walls). Absolutely comfortable and efficient.
I had a used towel left on my dresser, but it may have been used by housecleaning to wipe things down (I hope).
Great economical place to stay.
Went for a conference, the hotel is within walking distance of the West convention center at less than half the price of the girls which are connected to the center. Comfortable, clean and felt staff.
No complaints, great value.
The staff was very nice and everything was convenient. Having a deli open 24 hours and the breakfast buffet was great.
The room was a bit stuffy. My allergies kicked it and woke up feeling a little sick. Air filter needs to be cleaned.
My New Favorite
The check in process was easy enough. The room exceeded the expectation that I had for the price I paid. Very beautiful and safe. I will be returning in a month during my next visit.
Can’t really think of any
Maid knocking on room at 9am each morning to do the room. We just had a big smile on her face when I advised her we were not checking out that day and had a longer reservation. Limited towels and toiletries and not as clean as it used to be.
They attended to me in a timely manner. Check-in was very smooth..
Love the room set up, and the Front Desk agent Ms . Edwige was very respectful and informative about the near by things to do near by. It was a beautiful welcome and a sad goodbye, we did not want to leave. Thank you for the stay!
No elevator indoor
Older hotel. Very noisy. Was woken up to heavy power washing. Cleanin.
Room was spacious and location is excellent.
Hotel very dirty.
The rooms were clean, and staff very friendly

The Key Cards need to be improved. Had to go back to front desk for new key cards. Still had a problem with the new key cards.
Great hotel for the price , friendly staff , clean room , nice pools. Great location on idrive , shops and restaurants all straight across the road.
location, very convenient room, well equipped, nice atmosphere
rooms facing the national road are very noisy
good perfact locatation
walking distance from the convention center
1. Noise level from nearby highway 2. Not being able to open the curtains without being in full view of people passing by in the hallway.
Location, breakfast nearby,
Old, lot of noise from badly doors, the first room we got was full of fungi/mold, but they changed it for us fast, good service, still they rented it out next day to another family...
