I loved the staff at the restaurant buffet, they were very pleasant. I did not like the fact that i called the concierge numerous times to advise them my bath tub was not draining and that was disgusting and no one answered, i sent messages through my app and no answer. Since Friday and today is Monday, I think i should at least get a reply apologizing for the late reply or something and not just ignoring. We stayed at the main tower on 15th floor, they did not provide me with Hilton Honors Gold member service that I was used to. The room smells not bad but needed some fresheners. You can’t sleep if you leave the bathroom door open because the smell was strong. If it was not for the wonderful staff at the restaurant I wouldn't tell people to go there. Unfortunately, I will not stay there until the rooms and bathrooms are upgraded.

Pros:The location to Seaworld and places to eat was perfect! For our trip everything was in walking distance, and we enjoyed that.
Cons:The floors/carpets in the hotel are so disgusting, there are stains of unknown origin all over the places, strings of carpet missing and more. The towels were perhaps the grossest. We looked fresh towels by the pool that had brown stains and yellow stains, they looked like they had been dragged across the ground one even had hair on it. All these towels were pulled from the machine by the bar that were supposed to be “fresh”. We pulled 7-10 towels before finding something acceptable. My advice just pack your own towels.

Pros:I liked the pool
Cons:They need to give you towels. Me and my family had no wash cloths for three days. As well as the first room they put us in had roaches. Also our toilet in our second room didn’t work or flush.

Cons:Hotel is starting to show its age. Rooms are a little banged up. On site restaurant is mediocre. Business services staff, and particularly those at the UPS store were fantastic.

Pros:Close to convention center.
Cons:Front desk was fairly rude upon check in. I missed my international arrival flight and sent a message to hotel to warn them, yet was told I was “lucky” to still have the remainder of my 4 night stay. Then they refused to give Hilton Honors points because it was booked with Kayak, then charged for water in the room because I didn’t have enough earned enough points to deserve a bottle of water. They failed to pick up my in room breakfast order I put on the door before 2am like they offered, and didn’t get a good night sleep for 3 straight nights due to thin walls and an overly loud air conditioner. In all- this wasn’t a buisnesman’s Doubletree by Hilton experience- this was a Doubletree nickle-and-dime the mid-western families first and last time in Orlando experience.
