Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and Universal Studios. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, old carpets, and inconsistent housekeeping. Service received mixed feedback, with several guests mentioning unprofessional or unfriendly staff, slow check-in, and communication barriers. Bed comfort was also a concern for some, with complaints about small or uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, improvements in cleanliness, service, and bed comfort are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
