Just a few steps to the Empress, the bay, shops, and yummy restaurants. Walking distance to many places. The valet service was convenient and efficient. Front desk and housekeeping so friendly and helpful. Loved our stay.

Pros: The location was perfect. l We walked most places. The staff were awesome including booking an wonderful whale watching trip where the company came and picked us up at the hotel and provided a cab for our return trip. We saw a huge group of hump back whales and several Orcas. We would recommend this hotel 100% with the staff earning a 200% recommendation.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past while visiting Victoria and would not hesitate to return. Cons: I liked all the environmental things they were concerned about trying to waste less resources etc ...... so what amazed me was that there were plastic bottles of water daily.... and even worse were Nestle. That did not keep in line with their environmental ethos.

Our family of four were very comfortable in the 1BR premium suite. The bistro is great for a cocktail with locals or a morning coffee. The concierge will hold your bags while you walk and shop if you’ve got a late clipper departure. We’ll be back!

Cons: We booked at this hotel because it says on their website and when we did a search on your site for pets they came up we also put in special notes we have two well trained cocker spaniels when we get to the hotel the pet policy is they can stay at the hotel but we can't leave them in the room this should be on their website and we would've never booked there because we went to Victoria for thanksgiving to visit family they live in a building that doesn't allow pets so I had to stay in the hotel the whole weekend babysitting our dogs because of the deception by the hotels pet policy and ruined my thanksgiving not cool we check in they put us on the sixth floor on the way up in the elevator my wife and I see a sign saying no pets on the sixth eighth and eleventh floors we put everything in our room and go down to the pub for a drink and a manager comes up to us and says we have to move you rooms to the fourth floor because the person beside you has allergies ok so we move everything my wife has our family pick her up she goes and visits and the music below starts blasting I phone the front desk and ask what's up she says there's a wedding below you and they have the room until at least midnight but we can move you to the eighth floor I say hold it I am moved out I cant take no more musical rooms besides I thought the eighth floor is pet free she says we will make an exception I say I will try and put up with it anyways I was ordering two pilsner draft beer from room service and every time they came it was a different price so Sunday I called and spoke with a Jane and I wasn't complaining about the price I will pay whatever it is but what is the price it is different every time she laughs at me I said really I don't find anything funny about that question I will be sure to file a comp[laint and leave you a Stirling review she says ok

Maintenance staff cleaning the pool ogled guests (inappropriate). I would not want to stay as a solo female guest - I would feel unsafe in the pool area. Staff clearly unhappy at this location.

Pros: Super friendly staff who genuinely care and listen to your needs are what makes Days Inn special, right down to the restaurant downstairs where you feel like part of the family. Breakfast discounts on the ginormous meals meant they were practically free and always an interesting option and deviation from your usual continental breakfast. Super view of the ferry port and water planes provided a moving postcard at all hours. The bed was big and comfy with enough USB charge points for every device. Thanks team!

Pros: The location is amazing! We had a wonderful view of the harbor and easy access to the ferry terminal. It was close enough to walk to all of the downtown attractions, yet it was still affordable.
Cons: The elevator was humorously small, parking is a joke, and there was no A/C. We would have opened our window, but the restaurant's outdoor seating was right below our window. The price was the best I could find though for the convenient location.

Cons: The bed was quite uncomfortable. Both myself and my wife had a hard time sleeping on it. Upside, is that it got us up and out early to enjoy the city.

Cons: The pool and hot tub were in an interesting location and I wasn’t sure how you’d get to the hot tub without traipsing wet through the reception and bar.. I guess it’s why it’s rarely used.

The Days Inn - Victoria on the Harbour is an AAA/CAA and Canada Select approved Hotel. It is perfectly located in the heart of Victoria, along the breathtaking Inner Harbour. The Hotel is within walking distance of the Royal BC Museum, Convention Centre, Parliament Buildings, and IMAX Theater. The world famous Butchart Gardens is only a tour bus or short drive away.
